Communication was only provided by texts through Expedia and 3 requests for help were not answered. We ended up heating the apartment with the oven door open and a box fan. The temperature outside was 42 degrees F in the morning. That day while we were away someone came and turned on the heat and entered our apartment and turned the thermostat down. Because a laundry...

"The description of this rental is wildly inaccurate. It is a basement apartment in the rear of the building. Description on VRBO shows a different photo and describes the unit as “sunlit”. Not true. The bldg is run down and noisy. Certainly not worth the ."

"Had an enjoyable stay! Felt very safe, area was quiet and peaceful. Downtown Winooski was a short drive away, as well as downtown Burlington. Beds were super comfy, unit was so much bigger than I realized. Plenty of room for 4 people (we had 2) even a great little office room away from the living room if work is needed to be done. Would def recommend and stay again"

"Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay"
