"My family enjoyed our stay cause we were together. Cleanliness of house did not met my standards. Dishwasher flooded kitchen at first use. No response after messaging owner. Dishes were washed by hand, dried with paper towels as only one drying tea towel. This house sleeps 9. Only 5 chairs for high top table. 6 forks in kitchen. No directions for leaving house so we just followed instructions from other rentals. "

"The host was very attentive and the house served its purpose. Our issues were the lack of heat. The house was extremely cold and uncomfortable at times. The upstairs bathroom had a ton of ladybugs and by the second day ants had taken over. There was no TV in one of the bedrooms which wouldn’t have been a huge issue if we didn’t have two teenage boys with us. It’s an old house with a lot of charm but it was not ideal for us."

"We stay at the Cozy Cottage every Christmas while visiting family. It has everything you need and enough space for 8 of us to not feel like we are in each other’s way. "

"Hot tub and fenced yard were great! Small house but kitchen and bathroom redone nicely. Not the best street but off street parking is great. Bed in main room is a little creaky and hard, but other bed is very comfy! Overall a great stay! "
