Highly recommend this villa

Fantastic villa for a small family. Nice size pool and quiet neighborhood. Check in process is very easy and the host very helpful.

Young family of four; had a wonderful stay at Chloe's villa. Nice quite neighbourhood, house has multiple nice terraces. Pool is great. Checking in was easy with clear directions. We had some trouble with warm water (gas supply) but Chloe and her husband were really responsive and issue was solved within the hour. Would definitely recommend!

Tonica, bonne pioche !

Casa Tonica, baigne dans un endroit très calme, Chloé est à très à l'écoute, et réagit promptement, nous reviendrons probablement séjourner à la Casa Tonica. En résumé, le jardin et la piscine sont agréables et bien entretenus. Le coin barbecue est essentiel et bien équipé, l'habitation est confortablement meublée et bien climatisée. L’accès en arrivant, est possible par le rond point Tossalet ou plus loin par une petite traverse étroite, par contre pour sortir de la zone éviter absolument la petite traverse (mauvaise visibilité) et préférer le rond point Tossalet bien plus sécuritaire. Le super-marché Consum, très proche, répond largement à tous les besoins en alimentation et bien plus.

Lovely villa in a lovely area

Chloe was extremely helpful and made the whole process flawless for me and my family, with a detailed welcome pack and lots of communications as our holiday approached. Chloe also let us know key information via text during our stay. The villa is well equipped with a cotbed and highchair and it very clean and tidy. The pool was lovely and great to use when the beach was busy on Fridays and weekends. The aircon was really effective in the villa and the beds were comfy. We have a fabulous time and look forward to returning! Thank you

Séjour trés agréable

Tout était parfait. Si il y a un point qui aurait pu être légèrement mieux, c'est la distance entre la cuisine et le soin extérieur sous la tonnelle. Mais en final nous nous y sommes fait.

Prachtig huis met geweldig zwembad

Het huis heeft meerdere terrassen en goede zitgelegenheden met fijn tuinmeubilair. Vooral rondom het zwembad heerlijke mogelijkheden om goed vakantie te houden.

Lovely villa with a fab pool!

We had a fabulous time at Casa Tonica. Wr stayed the third week of September and the weather was perfect. The villa when we arrived was clean and well presented with everything we needed for our weeks stay. Everything was on one floor which was ideal for the children. The pool was great too, clean and large and perfect for our group of four adults and two little ones. We would absolutely recommend staying at this fantastic villa.

Beautiful clean villa in a great location

Spent a week in August 18 in this well equipped villa. We know the area very well and this property is in a fantastic location, just a pleasant walk to the up market beach at The Arenal with its wonderful restaurants and bars. The villa is very well equipped, air conditioned and has a lovely pool. Well recommended and we would book again with Chloe.

A Wonderful holiday with friends

We have stayed in many villas over the years and this one had all the elements to make a perfect holiday for us. We particularly enjoyed the large pool and the numerous comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the lovely garden and view of the mountain as well as sit in the beautiful natural shade by the bbq. The indoor seating and massive choice of dvds to watch in the evening was also a nice bonus. The bedrooms are a bit on the small side but that is massively outweighed by the very comfortable beds. It doesn't matter how good a villa is if you cant sleep because of a poor mattress, and we have unfortunately experienced that before. The location also suited us well, just a short drive down into Javea to enjoy the sandy beach at the Arenal or the port or old town. Or a pleasant easy walk down to Cala Blanca. We love how Spanish Javea is and will definitely return and hope this villa will still be available :)

Great location, lovely property

I really appreciated the communication with Chloe the owner, she was incredibly responsive and pleasant. The property was in a fabulous location, felt very safe and only 5 minuets drive into the centre of jeavea or a 20 minute walk. Moraira was also only 15/20 minutes drive away and about €20 in a taxi. The property was clean, modern and very child friendly. The pool with its steps and shallow end was again child friendly and very much enjoyed every day of our fortnight holiday. We were a close family of 4 adults, one 3yr old and we found the size of the property to be ideal for this group size. Would thoroughly recommend.

Un petit coin de paradis

La villa est à l'abri des regards (barrière pleine et végétation) ,la piscine est de bonne taille et bien équipée . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les différents salons de jardin installés tout autour de la maison .Nous avons pu garer en toute sécurité notre véhicule dans l'allée qui mène au garage .Les voisins n'étaient pas bruyants . L'intérieur de la villa est très cosy ,la décoration soignée .Les canapés sont confortables .Quant à la cuisine il n'y manque rien..vous n'aurez même que l'embarras du choix , l'électroménager fonctionne parfaitement et il est simple d'utilisation .La maison est entièrement climatisée ce qui ne gâche rien après une journée chaude et ensoleillée . Jill et Dave qui nous ont accueillis se sont montrés chaleureux et ont pris leur temps pour nous faire la visite et répondre à nos questions .Chloe,la propriétaire avec qui nous avons dialogué par mails s'est avérée elle aussi très agréable.Nous vous conseillons donc cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Holiday

We were 2 couples who stayed at the villa 1which worked perfetly it had everything we needed both inside and out. The pool was fantastic so warm. We were there and the temperature was higher than average, the air conditioning was certainly needed so glad we booked a villa with it. The information provided was very useful we tried the recommended local restaurant and it was very good. Would recommend this villa you won't be disappointed.

Fabulous villa. Great outside space

Excellent villa with everything you could possibly need. Outside space fantastic from the larger pool, outside eating area near the BBQ to the terrace with the Bose speakers. BBQ was used many times and each night finished with drinks on the terrace listening to music streamed on the wifi through to the nose sound system with the outdoor speakers. We would definitely recommend this very private villa and the area it's located. The whole experience was 1st class and especially dealing with Chloe the owner. Communication from booking to when we departed was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. We will return.

Total relaxation!

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday staying in this beautiful villa. Communication with Chloe has been excellent from our first enquiry to any questions throughout our stay replies were very prompt and helpful. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable we spent most of our time outside on the many comfortable chairs/loungers , the pool is immaculate and stunning the kids were never out of it! This was our first stay in Javea it is a great location with so much to do would definitely recommend car hire and would visit Cala granadella and Cala barraca beaches both beautiful! We also walked to Cap Prim just up the road stunning views! So much on your doorstep 15 min walk to Cala blanca although pebbles the coves are crystal clear, the arenal beach is a beautiful sandy beach with fab waves! Kids also enjoyed going on the inflatable in the sea at the port side. The old town is also special especially late Saturday night great atmosphere. Loads of restaurants to choose from we walked to the arenal from the villa (40 mins) easy walk stunning views often walked back or got a taxi (€10). We would definitely recommend this villa the owners are extremely friendly and helpful thank you for sharing your special villa will be back!

Great house, great location!!

Fantastically presented property, very clean, tidy and well equipped. Swimming pool and BBQ area were great and the whole garden was very private. Will be back again in the future!
