Great stay at Casa Javi
We stayed at Casa Javi for 10 nights over Easter. Overall we had a great stay. The location is excellent, close to the main strip without being noisy, close to the train for the old port etc. The villa itself was really good but needs some tweaks in preparation for the peak season - the entrance way is really messy, walls need painting and replastering in places, looked really dirty on the walls. There's loads of resettlement cracks on the upstairs walls that need filling and repainting. There's also some things I would expect as standard in the property that were reserved for "the owners." eg waterfall next to swimming pool, bluetooth for outside speakers and even cushions for the pool furniture outside.
The biggest problem I have though is the advert listing. I thought that we would be getting the full villa, but as we booked for 6 people the downstairs was locked up. The listing suggests that there are 2 different villas - one for 6 and another for 10. It doesn't make it clear that you only get part of it if you book for six people. So next time we would book for 10 people and take downstairs too. Overall, a really nice stay and we would go again.
