"Very disappointing experience with Hilton. We arrived at 9:00 AM and, despite rooms being available, we were told we could not check in until 1:00 PM unless we paid an additional 50% early check-in fee.
We had informed the hotel beforehand that we had a flight at 5:00 AM the next day and would check out at 3:00 AM, meaning we only needed the room for a few hours of rest. Still, there was no flexibility or willingness to show empathy, not even to let us in at 10:00 AM.
We accepted the policy...

"綺麗で清潔、朝ご飯もいいです。屋上のインフィニティプール、砂場付きもいい感じでした。が、１つだけ、ハズタブに溜めるお湯が錆か？汚れで流石にはいれないぐらい汚いお湯が出てきたので水の管理、確認はしっかりして欲しいです。それ以外はまた、活用させて頂きたく思います。ありがとうございました。"

"Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle.
I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a separate yoga or Pilates room with mats. There also appeared to be a spa toward the back.
Unfortunately, the pool was poorly maintained, with missing tiles that felt rough and...
