"Overall had a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location but it’s not on the Main Street. It’s along a narrow corridor. There’s a shuttle to the nearby malls so that helps. If I had issues to pick one would be the breakfast place on mezzanine floor. It’s relatively small and food may be too spicy for the foreign visitor (like myself) & non spicy options are limited I would also love to try Indonesian kuehs. Room had washing machine & induction stove, pans .. however the funny...

"I originally only booked a 2 nights stay but I loved the apartment so much I extended 2 times and ended being there for one week. Everything about the apartment was brilliant , the size ,cleanliness , air conditioner was brilliant , had to turn it off at times because it was so cold. Two things that I really liked were the washing machine in the apartment and the extensive gym was great . "The parking spot is very tight and was not friendly. The rooms were average without any cooking utensils, iron etc. Being in Oakwoods i was assuming these are standard amenities for the amount being paid. Otherwise the stay was good."

"部屋も広く、スタッフもみんな親切で複数回、宿泊しています。ひとつだけ、かなり深刻な問題を指摘すると、 アメニティのシャンプーが酷すぎます。おそらくハンドソープと同じものなのではないでしょうか。 泡立ちも悪い上、紙がバサバサになります。普段、そんな事を気にしない短髪、天然パーマの男性の自分が言うのですから、一般的な女性にとってはこれだけで2度と来ない理由になると思いますので、今すぐに変更するべきです。さらに複数回の宿泊いずれもポンプからなかなかシャンプーが出ないのでおそらくポンプそのものが欠陥なのだと思います。すぐに改善できる事なのでお願いします。"
