Overall, the villa was FABULOUS! Very comfortable, clean, spacious, beds were great, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Pool and palapa area on the patio were greatly enjoyed. Kitchen was spacious and well supplied. Used most of the appliances. TV had HDMI cable to attach to laptop so could watch all our subscription services. Table was the perfect size for meals and for games.David, our host, was great! He gave us ideas on events, was available for answering all villa questions, came by when we asked for more basic supplies and made our stay a wonderful experience. If we had a question or needs, he was there for us.We felt that having a car was a must. Used it for grocery runs, restaurants, and multiple snorkeling/beach trips. We enjoyed the BRGER restaurant on Spanish Bay (10 min walk or 3 min by car) and restaurants (and ice cream!) at Jan Theil resort (15 min walk or 4 min by car.) We also drove into downtown Willemstad multiple times. Enjoyed Thursday nights in Willemstad for the Punta Vibes and fireworks. Loved it! Live music and art throughout the downtown area and fireworks. We planned our visits around when least number of cruise ships were docked.We highly recommend Jan Theil Villa!
