This was the perfect location for a family lake trip. My wife, three daughters and I all loved it. It was also very easy with space for my boat on trailer. The night I arrived and the morning of departure were so easy to get the boat ready for travel. We had a great meal in town but, had more fun at the house. Beautifully appointed and everything you need. I highly recommend!

Great spot overlooking Jamestown Marina on Lake Cumberland. Enjoyed the location in a quiet neighborhood and close to the boat launch. Beautiful lake decor throughout the newly renovated home and comfortable bedding made for a wonderful lake trip.

The house was absolutely wonderful, we had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. The only comment I would make is making sure that paper towels and toilet paper are well-stocked. I would 100% come back though, fantastic location!

Cowgirls!

We absoluetly enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, stocked kitchen, beautiful furniture, but the best was the deck and the view!We are eight old ladies that have been coming down to Lake Cumberland for the last 40 years. We have stayed lots and lots of places and this rates at the stop.

Great stay on Lake Cumberland

Excellent rental on Lake Cumberland, very clean up to date home we all loved. Wanted to stay longer and will be back. Super welcoming and the view was amazing, a short drive to our boat rental at the marina below. So happy this was available and great memories were made.

Great location & property!

Overall we had an incredible stay. The location is gorgeous, views are awesome, master bed was incredibly comfortable. They provided some nice touches that we appreciated, like pods for the keurig, multiple types of hand soaps, plenty of towels. The only reason I am not giving this property five stars is because we noticed a few little cleaning touches that were missed, including old beer cans on the back deck and what appeared to be some dead bugs in the bathroom light. I think these could be easily remedied and should not really hinder anyone from staying at this location. Check in was seamless and the property was incredibly easy to access. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again

Beautiful Lakehouse

The view from the lakehouse provides unobstructed views of the dual marinas. The owner takes great care in the property which is well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed dinners at the table top fire pit is very enjoyable on the main deck. The lower level deck is very large and accessible from the bedrooms and outside steps. The Weber gas grill easy to operate and efficient. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Family Weekend Getaway

I can’t stress enough how BEAUTIFUL the view is from both inside(huge windows) and outside(2 levels of deck viewing & seating)! Wonderfully decorated, and super comfy furnishings. Definitely recommend, and will be back!
