"Quaint, cozy, just right for an overnight stay. We were first time visitors to Charleston and we wanted something small and close to downtown. This place fit the bill! Super easy to get to, ultra quiet neighborhood. Checked ourselves in promptly at 4:00 pm per instructions and rested from all day walking. For a no worry night out, we had a ride-share from here to La Farfalle and back - just a fifteen minute ride for reservations at 5:30pm then back to the property by about 7:45pm. Host...

"Originally I was hesitant to book this property because it had so few reviews. After looking at other properties I kept coming back to this one and decided to take a chance. I am really glad I did. Located on James Island it was well located to go into downtown Charleston and also to the historic plantations and homes we wanted to tour. "Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories! "

"Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back ."

"Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed.
