If all you're looking for is a great location where you can easily access King Street shops and restaurants, this is a good option. We stayed here for a wedding at the William Aiken house, and it was only a 5-8 minute walk, which was great for us.
Everything else unfortunately was not very enjoyable. There is not room for two cars in the designated parking area, no matter how you try and maneuver the cars. The bathroom is tinier than I anticipated (was not able to blow dry/style hair in the bathroom). We only had two people staying here, and we felt a bit crowded. The positive is that the master bedroom is quite big and has a huge bed - (but unfortunately the bed squeaks with any movement; sounds like the headboard needs to be tightened).
We also had an issue where the smoke alarm began beeping in the middle of the night, and couldn't find any batteries to replace it with, so it just beeped the entire night (from about 2AM until we decided to leave). We also had an issue where the maintenance man for the building parked in our spot(s), so we had to find street parking on a busy Friday - which was less than ideal, especially since we had things to carry.
If you have smaller kids (or much older guests), or are walking in heels, keep in mind that the cobblestone floor is rough and uneven (its a cool design feature, but after reading another review saying the same thing, I packed padded slippers).
Overall, great location for us, but I wouldn't stay here again.
