The apartment worked fine for the three of us. Sisters and a daughter who are very comfortable around each other. The owner is very up front about what you are getting. The location is close to downtown, although we never walked, it was way too hot (we were there in June). There are two bedrooms and one closet in the larger bedroom, the main room has a love seat and a chair, no coffee table. The floors are cobblestone so bring a pair of flip flops to wear around the house when you get out of bed. It would have helped if we had hooks to hang things, there were lots of spaces where these could be added.
The only issue we ran into was there were a group of women staying upstairs. When they walked around, you could easily hear their footsteps and talking. Before the girls got there, there was a family upstairs and we didn't hear anything. You just might ask if the upstairs is rented.
I don't know if I would stay here again, I might look for a place with a few more amenities, but the price was right and you get what you pay for.
