"I was extremely pleased with my experience. The location is amazing. Close enough to King Streee to make it easily accessible, but far enough that you aren't bothered by the crowds. I want to note that there was a slight hiccup upon arrival. However, the host was deeply apologetic and worked diligently to correct the issue. I was was very pleased with the responsiveness and how the matter was resolved. I would have no hesitation staying at the property again. 5/5 Stars!"

You can walk down King Street, which had tons of shops and restaurants and even down to the market and the waterfront areas , close to all by foot. "location was close to my reason for visiting and I could walk to and from everyday. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The unit was cute and had everything I need ed for a solo stay. Due to the size of the unit would not recommend for more than 1 person or anyone that is larger or not very agile due to the tight staircase and tiny size"

"The house was perfect. Had everything you need including a great back yard, well stocked kitchen and air conditioning for the heat. The location was great for access to the bars and restaurants. The host was communicative and resolved one minor issue we had very quickly. Would highly recommend."

"Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say.
