Casa familiar y tranquila

Es tal cual sale en el anuncio, la casa muy grande y limpia, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias de relax y tranquilidad. Los peques se lo han pasado genial. Y el entorno fantastico para hacer caminatas. El pueblo està muy cerca. El Trato con el propietario excelente, sin duda, volveriamos a repetir.

Beautiful property with the most amazing views. Very tranquil and relaxing trip. Pool is a great size and the property is well equipped with sun beds and outside places to sit. The host was friendly and helpful, we’ve excellent communication throughout. Just a couple of minutes drive into Jalon where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops.

Quiet retreat with a stunning view. Wonderful pool and pool area, cozy big house with all amenities, perfect place to relax and to enjoy a family vacation. Christian the owner was very attentive and pleasant. We could not have wished for a better place to enjoy our vacation.

Alles hat super geklappt. Tolles Haus mit schönem Pool. Christian war ein toller Gastgeber. Check in und Check out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Da Christian perfekt deutsch spricht, war die Kommunikation ohne Probleme. Können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

A beautiful villa

This is a beautiful villa with amazing, unspoilt views of the Jalon Valley. Minutes by car from Jalon. Private, not overlooked. Pool area was well equipped with sunbeds, covered seating and dining areas. We've stayed in Jalon lots of times. This Villa is the nicest one we've stayed in. You will love it!

Einfach nur schön

Wir waren 9 Nächte in dem wunderschönen Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht. Während am der Küste der "Bär steppt" befindet man sich in dem Haus in einer Oase der Ruhe. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und aufmerksam, der Pool fantastisch. Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Alles wunderbar.

Urlaub im Paradies

Schon der Empfang von unserem Gastgeber Christian war so herzlich, dass wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Der Pool mit der fantastischen Aussicht ließ uns die spanische Hitze gut ertragen. Auch landschaftlich hat die Gegend viel zu bieten und Dank der Tipps von Christian sind auch die Wanderfreunde unter uns auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Alles in allem ein absolut zu empfehendes Urlaubsdomizil. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit.

Take time to unwind and switch off in the Jalon valley

Being familiar with this area I chose the villa for its location, views and outside space. It delivered on all fronts! The pool is fabulous and a great size, well maintained and the recent addition of a seating plinth by the new entrance steps is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and views from the pool after a swim. There are lots of different areas to sit and relax at the property either outside (or inside), enjoy the views and switch off with plenty of shaded areas from the sun when needed. The villa looks across to mountains and below in the valley are almond trees, vineyards, orange groves and pine trees. It is a lovely private location and very peaceful. Both my husband and I were totally relaxed and enjoyed life at our own pace. If you are a walker or a cyclist its a great location to enjoy these pursuits. The local Jalon town has some cafe's, bars and restaurants if you want to kick back rather than get active! Given its rural location, star gazing at night on the veranda it totally amazing!. Jalon village is a few miles down the hill with a well stocked local supermarket which is really handy. No need to go too far. On the outskirts of Jalon there is a larger area of retail shops including Lidl etc. If you want to visit the coast the villa is about 30 minutes in land and accessible to lots of beautiful parts of the Costa Blanca which is well worth while (Altea, Calpe, Javea, Denia), but there are lots of lovely traditional small villages to be enjoyed locally if you prefer. Christian was an excellent host right from the initial booking process to the end of our stay. As we flew in late Christian had kindly stocked the fridge with some drinks and breakfast items which was very thoughtful. He was was easily contactable. He also offered access to another villa on our last day as we were flying home late. This meant we could check out from the villa for cleaning but have access to another villa for 4 hours to swim, have lunch and shower and change. This was really appreciated. If you are looking for a relaxing quiet location with plenty of outside space in a tradition Spanish home, this is a perfect fit. Christian is an excellent host and I would definitively recommend.

Quiet and peacyfully with a great pool!

We had a great 3 weeks in this villa, which is located in the jalon valley, Xalo is the village name. If you want to unwind this is the place to be, Christian the owner is a great help if you need him and lives not far away. The house is very nice with a great sunterrace on the top floor where you cab start the day with coffee or and the day with wine. Very private and no neighbors near by. The pool is just fantastic!! crystal clear and just the right temperature to cooldown after a day at the beach (30 min drive). Enjoy your holidays!

Family holiday

Booked this villa for 4 adults and 2 children. Location is up a very steep single track road, too far for our party to walk into the village so car essential. Good central location. Property as listed, ample space for our number only negative comments are regarding bathrooms as 2 shower rooms with small unit and only shower curtain meant floors flooded each use. Kitchen utensils/glassware not plentiful but gas hob and very effective oven. Be mindful of booking with small children or those less mobile as stairs in property and out to pool are quite ‘awkward’. Good communication throughout with property manager.

Fabulous villa fantastic location

Fabulous villa in a fantastic location. Although there were only 2 of us staying in the villa it would be suitable for a larger family group due to its layout, its spaciousness and abundance of outside space. Very quiet peaceful location yet close to (25 mins walk or 4 min drive) Jalon and the beaches of Benissa, moriara and javea are all within half an hour. We have been visiting this area for over 18 years and this is one of the best villas and locations we have stayed in and we would highly recommend Casa Ensueno. Not forgetting the owner Christian who is charming, very helpful and gave us some great tips on things to do and places to eat ( Bistro Selene and restaurant Del hierro).

A fantastic property in rural Spain with views to die for.

The property is in the most fantastic location with unspoilt views all round of the mountains and Jalon Valley. Christian is a true professional and on hand whenever you need him but nowhere to be seen if you don’t. Jalon is a truly rustic Spanish village, we were lucky enough to visit during their 2 week festival season and experienced fireworks, fire crackers, floats, water parades and bull running in the streets. Fustera beach is around 20 mins drive away, plenty of others nearby too. Larger towns of Denia, Javea and Calpe all very close too. For a peaceful and beautiful location you can’t beat this place. The villa is well equipped with a great outside cooking area. Very strongly recommend this villa for anyone.

Séjour trés agréable

nous avons réservé du 14/07 au 21/07/18 et nous avons passé une super semaine au calme, la maison est très agréable à vivre .Peut être un seul petit bémol,il manquerait des casseroles,des poêles, des plats plus grand,c'est à dire pour 7personnes.Nous étions 6 et pour faire des frites,par exemple,il faut si prendre à deux fois.Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathique et agréable.Nous recommandons très fortement cette location car c'est vraiment un oasis de calme.
