"The house is beautiful and comfortable. Near Guayama and Patillas so it was a perfect location for us. The street is kind of a busy road and a noisy car every now n then but not too bad.The hosts are very attentive and responded quickly to my texts. There was a parking situation that was not the hosts fault and they called right away to offer help which I greatly appreciated. One of the AC remotes wasn’t working but we switched the battery and used the other remote to control both ACs. "Un apto muy limpio, espacioso, acogedor muy tranquilo el lugar. No conocí el dueño, solo tuve comunicación atraves del CEL, contestó todo lo q le pregunté. Solo tiene q arreglar una filtración x las paredes del baño. Y ponerle otra goma a la puerta del cuarto q da a la parte de atrás. Se metió una araña grande al cuarto y se mete el agua si llueve muy fuerte.
Pero en general el apto es acogedor y cómodo. Muy bonito. Me encantó la facilidad. "

"Need a little tender clean, need schedule a exterminator. Ceiling on top of stove is dropping termite grounds (is not coffee). Communication was ok. Need to put a sign on front of the bathroom "watch you step" (to prevent fall) for safety. AC work fantastic. Walking distance to Plaza, stores, rest, mini market, Pharmacy, and coffee & Pubs. Host was friendly and professional. Driving distance to beachs, hospital and historic places. Don't know where trash is collected so I left at behind the...

"It was a nice little house. Neighborhood wasn't bad, no complaints, host was exceptional. Just recommend having the place a little more clean, and upgraded, but you pay for what you get. It was close to where we needed to be, so it was convenient."

"The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. Just kind of...

"OMG. We loved this place. So serene and relaxing. We loved being able to dip into the pool whenever we wanted and it didn't matter how loud we played the music - there were no neighbors nearby. The view was phenomenal. The big surprise was the waterfall in the pool at night. Would definitely stay here again."
