Stifling ng hot room. Unbearable.
The room was soooo hot and the AC wasn’t working. We opened the windows but were forced to close them at night due to the noise of a Christmas market right across the hotel. The parking was very convenient right across the street.

not a 4 star but a good 3 three star, pool was small with half of the floor closed off for building but no one working, only 4 sun beds and 4 chairs for all the guests ? rooms slightly dated, lovely full length mirror but by the side of the bed of couldn't be used as full sized, poor planning !! a fridge, plugged in but not working, shower is desperate need of de scaling adn needs a very good clean, bathroom needs updating

Convenient location, great breakfast, friendly staff. BUT… they do not have a parking at the property as they are renovating (there was no mention of it on the booking page). Plus someone (another guest) in the adjacent room was moving the furniture every night we were there (two nights). In spite of many good things, I would not stay at this hotel again.

1. Generally it was good, not perfect but pleasant enough. However since it is supposed to be a four-star hotel, the reception should learn how to speak English in order to receive international visitors. 2. The room should be renovated. The bathroom doesn’t prevent water from splashing everywhere, the airing is horrible, also the mini fridge is way too loud.

Friendly staff in good value hotel
Modern hotel with a pool on the top floor affording views of the city, and cooling off options if you are there is August! The reception were the most helpful I have ever experienced in any hotel. Excellent value.

A comfortable fun stay
A well located hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar and pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although the decor is very dated, it still has a fantastic quality, old world vibe. The bed and facilities were very comfortable and clean. We would not recommend dining at the ground floor restaurant, better food can be found in nearby restaurants.

Although clean the room was very out dated (#511). There is absolutely nothing attractive about the hotel and amenities are non existent. Frankly a 3 star at best. The breakfast (included) was good with fresh eggs, cheeses, jamon and very good asst of breads and pastries. The wifi worked fine. There is absolutely no where to stop and unload your car in front of the hotel. They have parking, however when full they will direct you to the lot directly across from the hotel, with whom they have special rates.

This hotel is located at a good location - close to the bus terminus. Definitely, it is good for business people. It is equally good for tourists as it is right next to the main shopping street, though don't why many shops are not open even on Monday strange! I know there is a swimming pool though I have not used it. But the bathroom is too crowded with bathtub, toilet and bidet. I do not like the bathroom at all.

Good value just outside center of Jaen
Well located just outside the central area of Jaen -- the staff was friendly. Parking was available, though the lot was a bit tight. It did get quite warm in the room -- it was January and the building was centrally heated. Overall, a good value.

Comfortable business-style hotel in a central location, about 10 mins (uphill) walk from the station. Everything clean and comfortable with large rooms and well-appointed bathrooms. I was happy with my stay and thought that the price offered good value.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y puedes llegar al centro a pie en poco tiempo. La habitación es muy espaciosa, la cama es muy cómoda, hay nevera y opción para hacer infusiones y café en la habitación. El personal es muy amable.

Lovely comfotable hotel, well situated with friendly staff.Breakfast was good. I did find it strange that the coffee for the machine in the bedroom was not replenished for our second night, and there was only one each for the first night. Also when the beds were made our nightwear was just throw on top of one of the beds when usually it is folded on or in each bed. Also the towels were not changed, this could be because of the water shortage. Neither of these fact made any difference to our lovely stay in Jaen
