Everyone was exceptionally kind, offering not only service but history of the island, excursion ideas, dinner options etc. Ernie was so wonderful to just stop and chat with on a daily basis. We loved the Rum cave experience with Carla! It was excellent and Rashida, Tammy and a host of others made dining a pleasure- so accommodating. "Fully deserving of 5 stars! Staff hospitality, fabulous. Signature activities, invigorating. Entertainment, wonderful. Food, I wanted for nothing and the supplemental dining experiences were worth doing. The wellness cafe was particularly nice, I looked forward to my coffee and ginger shot daily, staff was always uplifting and so on it!! Housekeeping and turndown, perfect. It was hard to pick out one thing but I would certainly return forYoga, meditation/breathing and aerial yoga experiences...

"The service is extraordinary, every single person is willing to help at any time. You must take the all-inclusive package, otherwise, it is very expensive. The tours have to be organized on time because they don’t offer all of them all the days of the week. As soon as you arrive make your reservations for the restaurants to get a spot. This hotel is more for families than couples. It does not have nightlife. The bar closes at 12. If you go to Jammers ask for Marcellus. The best bartender....

"This is an excellent place to stay for a group of golfers who are playing Cabot St. Lucia Golf Club. We only stayed 2 nights and played golf all day. The Villa is about 150 feet from the entrance to the club. We walked to the course and were picked up in a golf cart. The Villa pool is terrific and the assistance from our concierge (Ms. Sam Love) was first rate.
