It was low key and exactly what I wanted and needed on my vacation. The beach house was right on the beach; you really cannot beat the view from the rooms - truly breathtaking. The beach was pristine, so clean, and the neighborhood people were so friendly. I would go back just to swim in that little area.

Enjoyed my stay at the still beach. Michelle was very responsive to all my questions and needs during my stay. The property is right in front of the beach with an amazing view of the petit piton.

This hotel was great! Mostly because of how friendly and helpful the staff was and because of the stunning views! There are many attractions that aren’t too far away, which also helps make it a delightful stay.

Great spot to stay in if you’re looking for something affordable and convenient and a breathtaking view of the PITON and a balcony with seating. It’s in the town of Soufriere if you want to be close to the sulphur springs, toraille waterfall, treetop restaurant, dasheene, rabot restaurant, sugar beach, and the roads arent as bumpy than if u kept going north the island. It’s right off the beach and pier to grab a water taxi/catch a tour. Also right above a restaurant. I had the breakfast there and it was good and affordable too compared to most of the fancy restaurants on the island. The owners stocked the fridge with champagne, beer, coke, and a liter and a half of water. Easy to use lock system. Michelle and David were quick to respond on expedia and help with scheduling water taxi/taxi around the island.

The beach house has everything you need. Well equipped kitchen, clean facilities, beautiful view, friendly staff. The on site restaurant was very good. We arrived in a holiday weekend and some dinner and breakfast items were unavailable but there was still lots to choose from. The location is convenient on the edge of town. And of course a short staircase right to the beach. We had a great time. The people in town like their music and dancing and loud music is played at the many bars in town late into the night, but inside the room you can't really hear it. Overall, a great place.

We all have a different travel style. The Still Beach House was perfect for us. The room was large and clean and perfectly located for what we wanted to do on our holiday. There was a king sized bed, a fridge and a stove and a washing machine. Terrific for rinsing out salty swimwear. The staff was kind and responsive when we had an issue. The view from the deck was unmatched.

Can't beat the view of the bay and Petit Piton, and the convenience of being right on the beach with a restaurant downstairs and town a 5-minute walk away. The room was spacious, and having a fridge, microwave, kettle, and some dishes/glassware/utensils was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and just relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and we had plenty of storage space plus an in-room safe. The price was very reasonable given the location and amenities.

If you are looking for a plush resort this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to experience the real Soufriere with friendly staff and owners that make you feel at home this is the place. It is within walking distance of town and many local restaurants. They can get Paw paw to pick you up and he can advise you on good tours and take you around at a reasonable price and not get seasick driving around the curves. Take a tour of the families estate if they offer. It is very interesting. I snorkeled right off the beach there and saw many different fish.

We loved the location of The Still Beach House - right on the beach, within easy walking distance to Soufriere and with the most beautiful view of Petit Piton. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and provided everything we required. Michelle and David were wonderfully friendly and helpful as were the restaurant staff. Having the restaurant on site was great and the food was delicious.

The guesthouse was perfect for our stay in St. Lucia. The unit was very spacious with the most wonderful private balcony. The view was magnificent. Unbeatable! We liked being close to town to wander about. The kitchen was great to do some cooking for ourselves. The restaurant downstairs was nice to have for when we for meals out -breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. The guesthouse helps connect with local tour guides and these tours on land and water with fabulous with trusted drivers and guides Paw Paw and Peter. A ride to and from the airport was arranged and also a trip for grocery shopping. From the guesthouse there is direct to the beach. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly service at Still Beach Guesthouse.

If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together. Cabinets are broke, windows don't close, mosquitos in room, stove was broke. I fixed the wall clock, a lamp, and the toilet while we were there. I have stayed in 3rd world countries with better facilities. On the upside, view is amazing, beach is good; however there are no chairs and no shade so you have to lay on the hardest sand in the world. The bed and furniture had new cushions and were very comfortable, refrigerator is very good, toaster oven and coffee maker were good as well. The balcony is very large with nice furniture. The steps you have to take have PVC pipes running across them, looking at all the the pipes everywhere, I can see why the water is an issue. This place would be fine, but the water situation is ridiculous.

My stay was a 10/10 experience. I absolutely loved my room—it had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The property was consistently clean, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff truly made my stay special. They made me feel like I was at home away from home. Every morning, my housekeeper would chat with me, ask about my plans for the day, and offer recommendations for places to visit. When I returned from my excursions, she always asked about my experiences and genuinely seemed interested in how my day had gone. She reminded me of my aunt and made me feel like family. The view from my room was breathtaking. I had my own private terrace where I could sit, enjoy my meals, and take in the beautiful scenery. The beach was practically on the property, so there was really no need to leave the hotel if all you wanted was a relaxing beach day. I also loved the traditional Saint Lucian décor throughout the room. It gave the space character and made me feel more connected to the local culture. The hotel's restaurant was excellent—the food was delicious, and the staff provided outstanding service. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay, which meant a lot to me. I will definitely be returning to Saint Lucia, and without a doubt, I will be staying here again. Highly recommended!
