Great place
Enjoy our stay with the family. Very clean and modern indoor. We didn’t get to use pool due to algae and debris on it but inside was great.

Wedding weekend
The property was very nice! Two bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were in town for a wedding so we had a very quick trip. The back had a great space to relax since it was cooler w were not able to use the pool. About 10-15 mins to the Neptune beach are with lots of restaurants and shops! The wedding was in Kathryn Abby Hannah state park. There are lots of activities/ rentals , and public beach in the park. We had a great time and would come back she. We can stay longer.

Gorgeous
I like this house cause it’s was clean and remodeled inside. I love the decor and the backyard is more fun. We enjoy the fire place pool all that. And my kids loved it and my man too. So I would advise people, my family and friends come to this beautiful house.

Great Trip
We rented this place for a fishing trip. There was plenty of parking. I was even able to park the boat in the driveway with 2 other cars. The inside of the house was looked like it should be on HGTV. The house was super clean. I was impressed and so were my friends. The room layout worked great for us. The beds were comfortable, and showers were hot. The back yard has a pool, grill and an awesome fire pit that we took advantage of every night. I will be booking this place again anytime I am visiting Jax.

Family Vacation
Cute little house with a great pool for a family getaway. Centrally located to the beach and our favorite spots to visit when in town. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect Pool
This home away from home is located in a quiet neighborhood and very short drive to the beach. The home is very clean and loved that there were 3 bathrooms. The pool was the Best part to cool off. The hosts are very nice and want you to have the best stay. Would stay again!

Jacksonville Atlantic Beach area
Pool was very nice and clean. Kitchen and bathrooms nice. High tech fixtures with no explanation how they worked. Ceiling fan in bedroom not working. Closet door stuck and would not open. Bedrooms hot-had to use box fans. Ants coming from shower head area in primary bedroom. Patio door broken by lawn personnel while we were there. Could not use patio door to access pool for fear glass would fall out. Had to walk out front door and around house from that point on. Told owner. His reply, send me pic. Never heard another word from him even though he said he lived nearby and was there to help. Neighborhood sketchy.

Beach retreat
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and communication with owners was excellent. We noticed the AC could not cool the house during the high heat of the day - AC set at 72* but actual temp in house was 76*. Fans helped but... I don't know if the exterminator had been there before our stay, but I'd encourage that on outside as well as inside of house. Pool was nice! Thank you!

Family Florida vacation
We can not say enough good things about this property. Everything we needed was supplied. Laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, everything.. We traveled from Kentucky and knowing we had everything there when we arrived was crucial for packing. The property manager checked in with us on our arrival to make sure we were taken care of.. They are very good with getting questions answered quickly.. The house was clean, plenty of towels, outdoor furniture, pool floats ect... Our stay was definitely a great one... Highly recommended 👌

Wonderful pool escape!
My kids and I loved this house inside and out! They loved going to the beach but also loved coming back to play in the pool! The interior is beautifully renovated and having 3 full baths was wonderful!!!

Great accomodations
We had a great time at this rental. It was clean and spacious. Our children enjoyed making smores over the fire pit. The pool was a bit dirty with pollen but it is that season in Florida! 5 minute drive to Hanna Park.

Great Spot to travel with kids!
We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It was wonderful to have the pool right there for my kiddos, who wanted to swim all day every day. It was really hot while we were there, and I was able to sip my coffee and relax while watching the kids. They had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities needed, and the beds were comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it! Thanks for making our trip so easy! As a solo, widowed Mom of 4 little kids, this location made traveling with them an absolute breeze!

Great family getaway
