The home was perfect for the two days we were there. Even though it rained we spent some time in the pool and utilized the grill and fire pit. It was within a 10 minute drive to just about anything we needed. We would absolutely stay at this location again. We did get caught off guard by the lawn crew who gave us a bit of a scare as we weren’t expecting them, but they were in and out quickly.

First time in Jax

The place was pretty good. The kitchen looked newly remodeled. The sitting arrangement in the living room wasn't great, but we made it work. The biggest issue was the Master bed & bath. The location was in what appeared to be the garage at one time. You had to step down into the bedroom. The setup was nicely done, but it really had a bad smell. So much so, that we couldn't use it which really sucked. The pool was great, but would have been better if they had a vacuum running in it. The host must be on a different time zone, so it took a little bit to respond, but when we connected they were very responsive. It would have been helpful if they had a house binder, that had how things worked, like the remote control fans and lights and what to do if... Overall, it was a decent place and the host was responsive.

Horrible customer support

They canceled our reservation two days before we were supposed to arrive due to plumbing issues. Their response time was incredibly slow given our short window to find another rental. I called and left several messages to book another property of theirs and all we got were Ill timed text messages back with little information. When we finally reached the owner, Andrew, he had no idea what our issue was and informed us the substitute property they offered us had been booked between the time it took them to get back to us. We will be sure to avoid any rentals managed by Andrew and Melody in the future.

House is adorable. The purpose of the trip was to visit with our 3-week-old Granddaughter. The hurricane came in and the host wouldn't let us reschedule our stay or refund our money. We couldn't make it down on Thursday so we got charged for a night that we couldn't be there due to the hurricane. Luckily we were able to drive down on Friday. The beds are so hard and lumpy we didn't get very good sleep.

Weekend getaway

Our trip was iffy due to the hurricane that blew thru earlier in the week. Andrew & Melody were great with communicating the situation and had a plan for alternate housing if there had been damage to the property. There was not and we enjoyed it very much. Immaculately clean and as my mom put it, “cute”. Great access to local places and the beach. Would def recommend a stay at 1148 Panuco

Due to the unfortunate rain every day we couldn’t enjoy the pool or outside activities…we did discover the ferry ride across the the river and enjoyed two good days on Amelia Island (between squalls).

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our 3-night stay! Very comfortable beds and three bathrooms, ceiling fans with remote, usb hubs to charge electronics, new kitchen with open floor plan and a pool to cool off left nothing to be desired. Everything was really clean! We would stay here again! So much better than a hotel to relax!
