Atlantic waves frame every morning from your private oceanfront terrace on Ponte Vedra Boulevard - this second-floor condo puts the ocean front and center, with floor-to-ceiling sliders opening to sweeping Atlantic views. Sorry, no pets.

The space
An open-concept great room flows naturally from the kitchen to the terrace, keeping the ocean in sight no matter where you settle. The HDTV with Roku, ceiling fan, and air conditioning make it easy to unwind indoors when you want a break from the breeze.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a king bed, with a sectional pull-out sofa in the great room for additional guests. The condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table - everything you need for easy in-home meals.

Bathroom
The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and quality essentials throughout.

Practical extras
A washer, dryer, iron, hangers, and dedicated workspace are all available. Self check-in via keypad, private entrance, and one free parking space on premises round out the conveniences. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Location
Ponte Vedra Beach places you minutes from boutique dining and shopping, with world-class golf at TPC Sawgrass nearby. Jacksonville Beach is roughly 15 minutes away, and St. Augustine - with Flagler College and its storied coastline - is about 30 minutes from your door. Downtown Jacksonville's riverfront dining and entertainment is also an easy drive.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require every guest to submit pet or assistance animal information through BetterPet Passport (powered by PetScreening). Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
