The living area brings warmth and personality together through nostalgic coastal décor that feels lived-in and inviting. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the season, while the TV is there for easy evenings in. Step out onto the patio and you're met with the salty ocean breeze and the faint sound of nearby surf - the kind of moment that makes you stop and breathe a little slower.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a queen bed, set up with fresh towels, bed sheets, and essentials ready for your arrival. Pack light - everything you need is waiting.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of dishes and cookware. Settle in at the dining table for a slow morning coffee or a relaxed dinner before the next beach day begins.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water - a proper wind-down after sun, sand, and salt.

Work & laundry

The Flip Flop sits within the Sawgrass Beach Club community in Ponte Vedra Beach, positioned between Jacksonville Beach and historic St. Augustine. Direct beach access puts the Atlantic just steps away, and lake access is available within the community. The community pool offers a relaxed afternoon option, and free parking on premises means one less thing to coordinate. The surrounding area carries a quiet residential feel while keeping you within easy reach of coastal dining, cultural landmarks, and the natural scenery the northeast Florida coastline is known for.

This property is located inside Sawgrass Country Club. Amenities are private. Guests have access to the community pool and the beach directly across from the condo.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person staying on property. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
