View is stunning

Immaculate property with incredible view. Unit is stocked with everything we needed for beach fun & meal prep. Pool area was the best! Coffee on the veranda with views of the sunrise from the 10th story couldn’t be beat!

Beautiful Ocean front condo with a great view!

The condo is roomy and very clean with a nice big kitchen. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and the pier. It was right in the heart of Jacksonville Beach with a lot of food and drink options near by.

Great Location

Great location near the pier. Beach was not crowded in front of this condo. Nice pool and building was gated and felt safe. Kevin was prompt with responses to questions. Lots of space in the condo and on the balcony. Would stay here again if in the area.

The view overlooking the beach was incredible. The updated furniture make the entire condo very comfortable and the layout ensures there is plenty of room for everyone.

Lovely!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and clean. We loved the huge windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the proximity to the pier. It had every thing we needed, from puzzles to a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Kevin was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Birthday weekend

Stayed for a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. Had a really nice time. Condo is roomy with a fantastic view. Pool is great and never crowded. Has everything you need. Only downside is even though it’s a two bedroom condo, there is only parking for one vehicle. Additional guests have to find parking in one of the public lots. We could usually find parking right outside the gate so it wasn’t really a problem. Our only concern was leaving a vehicle overnight in an unsecured lot but we never had a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Rude owner

Ive stayed in this bldg several times over the years. Never once berated by the renter for not answering his text, even after paying him almost 4k just to find a soso kept up luxury condo, woth awful bedding. To top it off a " Karen" in the bldg had us kicked out of the pool at 10:15 on the 4th of july. Closes at 10 Needless to say I thought Lancelot sucked. I usually pick well Ill try harder next year for the 4th. The bldgs great, this one just wasnt worth the time or money

Beach front get away

Loved everything about our stay! Kevin and Lin was absolutely amazing. Lin made our check- in perfect. The views of the ocean were outstanding. I will definitely stay with them again. Our condo was beautiful and so clean.

Great experience!

The condo was better than expected. Beautiful, comfortable beds and tons of room. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! We enjoyed our stay. From Check in to Check out everything was quick and easy. Prompt, helpful responses from Kevin! Trash chute right outside the door which was extremely convenient and you could not hear a thing. The view of the beach and pier were beautiful. The sand art was impressive.

We really enjoyed our visit to Jacksonville Beach Fl. It’s not a tourist town for sure. The beach is wonderful. The condo was clean and well stocked with all starter items you would need. Security was great as well. The only negative was that the condo. could use a little updating, painting and it would be good to get rid of the carpet. Visit “North Beach Fish Camp”. Wonderful food and fun atmosphere!

Excellent all around

The condo is beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it justice. It’s extremely clean, well stocked, tons of room, and a beautiful view. The condo is secure with gated entrance and exit. The entire property is clean and well maintained. It’s close to everything. The host is absolutely amazing! She met us upon our arrival and showed us around. She was super friendly, very professional, and very responsive. This stay far exceeded our expectations!

Amazing vacation rental!

The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked with linen, towels, tissues, utensils etc. The balcony view was breathtakingly beautiful and the proximity to the beach could not be beaten. The property manager Mr. Folsom was very professional, courteous and responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

Highly Recommend

Everything was just as described, I would add directions on how to use the oven and stovetop, beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers, available, and an infrared grill (that needs a thorough cleaning) on the outside veranda. Otherwise, we loved every day we were there. Oh, the property manager is a jack ass, as we witnessed him berating the UPS del. driver!
