Our family has been coming to Amelia Island/Fernandina for years and Surf and Racquet Club is one of our favorite places to stay. Great family environment and easy access to the beach as well as three different pools to accommodate the 3 different buildings. Also access to a great walking trail on the street side of the property. B180 has a beautiful view of the beach and is fun and cozy with a colorful beach theme. Had a great time!

We enjoyed our view and the balcony. The weather that week was cold, rainy and windy, but we loved our view and the coziness of the condo.

We had a great two weeks here. The views to the south with lovely sun in the moninng was just what we needed for the winter! Was very comfortable and perfect for my wife and I.

Beautiful condo. The views were amazing. It was a little concerning that we didn’t get the gate code or door unlock code until 15 minutes before check-in time at 4 PM. Especially because we were there at about 2:45 PM and we let the host know that, as requested. It was frustrating to not get any type of response even if it was to tell us that we could not check in until 4 PM.

Amelia Island is a lot less hustle bustle than a lot of Florida still plenty to do. The property we stayed at was well maintained and we really enjoyed the time there.

Room with a view!

Very nice property with comfortable living room furniture and generous kitchen. But the view of the ocean was fantastic. Great week for us.

Anniversary weekend

The property was as described. The view was perfection management easily accessible supplied all the information needed to access the property and the condo definitely will be staying again when in town thank you so much.

View is a 10 plus. Only complaint was mold in shower, especially around bottom of sliding glass door. Would hope this is corrected before next year’s visit. Also AC stopped working last day and night. They brought in portable unit which helped very little. But they were very responsive.
Beautiful spot for morning coffee.

Nice unit overall—we enjoyed our stay. Communication, however, wasn’t great. We were told we could check in at 4 PM (and possibly earlier), but didn’t receive any updates until we reached out to the owner ourselves. We finally received the door code around 4:40 PM through the app rather than via text.Messaging was also a bit inconsistent, as communication came through both text and the VRBO app, and there were conflicting checkout times between the listing and the Docusign documents.

The washing machine leaked water all over the floor and was not usable my entire trip. The icemaker did not work. No trays and very few pots. Deck had not been swept of sand nor the entry door. Unit was a little too basic. Would not rent again.

What an awesome place with a stellar view at the very top. Watched the sunrise on the balcony. It had cable, which was a plus.The only negative thing I have is that the pillows were horrendous. They look like they were 10 years old and were very uncomfortable and flat. My recommendation would be to go on Amazon and buy new ones. A four pack is about 40. The bed was very comfortable though. Will definitely be back for our upcoming summer vacation.

Great stay!

Had a great time. We had scheduling issues and management worked with us to get it figured out. Room was well appointed, also had a great view.
