Fantastic Location - Quiet, Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay here. The ground level, beach front porch was fantastic and it was great to not have to use an elevator. The location within the Omni made the grounds very quiet and safe. Would 100% stay again!

Fall Break Getaway

We needed a short fall break getaway that was nearby for us to relax and decompress as a family. We always enjoy our time at Amelia Island, and this property at Turtle Dunes is one of our favorites!

We want to return.

This was our 2nd stay over the past few years and we look forward to renting again. The condo is comfy, the view is wonderful and the access to the beach is just 150 feet from the back door.

Wonderful Stay!

This condo was great. It was very clean, and the location was wonderful. Also, the condo common areas were clean and the neighbors and other guests were friendly. We had a nice green spot outside the back patio for our dog. And the pool was clean and the beach just a few steps away so the kids could go to the beach in the morning and the pool at night. Being close to the Omni restaurants and shops was a plus.

Loved this property!

We've stayed in other rental units inside of the Omni complex, but this may be our favorite. The unit was very spacious and clean. The access to the beach was great, and having it on the ground floor was especially nice when the dogs had to go out. The owners were very communicative and willing to go out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We are already planning to return next year.

Awesome condo!

This condo is awesome! My husband and I stayed here for about a week for our Babymoon. We wanted to bring our dog Sylvie to the beach before the baby comes and this condo was perfect! We loved that this unit is a ground-floor unit so it was easy to let Sylvie out or just walk out onto the patio and relax while looking at the ocean at the end of the day! We enjoyed the condo so much and are planning to come back with family next year.

Totally satisfied!

This property is nicer than the pictures suggest. The location is great- at the south end of the Omni Plantation. The first floor patio allowed easy access to the grass lawn , and yet just steps away from the beach. It felt private, unlike a lot of 1st floor units. The pool was very close too. We were able to ride bikes on paths shaded by live oak trees. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking.

We just completed our second trip to Turtle Dunes! The amazing view of the beach never gets old. Very comfortable and clean! The day we left my family wanted to know how soon we’d be back!

Beautiful Property on Beach

Everything as advertised. We have been to Amelia Island many times and this was by far one of the most beautiful properties we have stayed in. Communications between rental agent & us was top notch professional. Can't wait for our next trip.

Great location on 1st floor

Destination notified us a few days before our stay about some beach reclamation work going on in front of the condo. They offered a discount for the view obstruction and the trouble for having to go further down the beach to have time in the water. Condo was great. We would rent it again.

Great location and beautiful view

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The ground floor walk-out unit was perfect for coming and going with our kids and our dog. There are incredible ocean views from the bedrooms and main living areas. The kitchen was well-stocked and the condo was very clean when we arrived. We ran into a small hiccup with our access/key code upon arrival, but it was resolved immediately and easily through the phone number provided to us prior to our arrival. The pictures in the listing are accurate. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo

The location of this condo is superb- seriously amazing views (anytime of day), easy first floor access to lawn (we brought our 10 pound dog), beach and pool. The place is as it looks in the pictures. It was extremely clean when we arrived (even though I still wiped down all the counters and high touch surfaces!). Also there were plenty of sheets, linens, and towels along with beach chairs and an umbrella- which was great. Kitchen well stocked for cooking (no groceries only salt and pepper and coffee filters) but everything else was there. Also felt very safe here, and the condo is super convenient to engage in socially distant activities at the Omni plantation (Segway tours, fishing, etc). The bathrooms are a little dated but were adequate. We found beds comfy enough. Overall great place, but could be updated (furniture and bathrooms).
