This is just a terrific place. The unit is in residential area. Very quiet. Everything you need in a kitchen and comfortable beds. If you have young children there are some toys and games for them too. A bonus was the pond below had a variety of birds including hood storks and spoonbills egrets as well. You can see the ocean from a distance and deck is terrific. Easy walk to the beach and beach is lovely. Enjoyed restaurants nearby and a visit to both egans creek and fort behind the condo and entrance around the corner. The town is just charming. Hope to return again. Instructions and information from owner really helpful.

Property is great! Very spacious and beautiful wrap around balcony. Couldn’t ask for a better location!! Bedding, linen, and towels need updating due to smell and use. So grateful to the owners for hosting.

Spacious, Airy, Relaxing Retreat

We come to Fernandina Beach every Memorial Day and have stayed at several Ocean Park condos over the years. This is our 2nd year at this particular unit. It is lovely - spacious, with a lovely wrap around porch. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds with good pillows. Will definitely be looking to rebook for next year!

Have stayed here before and love this condo. It’s spacious and well stocked. The balcony/deck is huge with comfortable furniture. TV watching is comfortable with large tv and recliners. Close to the beach and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to our needs during our month long stay. Will be back next year!

Very clean and beautiful!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. There was plenty of space to spread out, even with the 5 of us. The beach is visible from the large balcony and there is plenty of shopping and dining just 2 or so miles away. The unit was very clean and well equipped.

Perfect Stay at the Beach

This unit was perfect for our family trip with our 2 adult kids. So spacious and offers all amenities you could need. Location is fantastic. We loved sitting on the wrap around balcony at night. And a late afternoon nap in the hammock is just what the doctor ordered. PS. The mattress in the master bedroom was sooooo comfy!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed at this condo in Ocean Park in early April of 2024 with other family members. We have been to Fernandina Beach and the Amelia Island area many times over the past 25 years. It is a sweet community with a lot to offer in the way of beautiful beaches, weather, a lovely downtown, excursions from the marina, shopping and restaurants. We have always felt very safe here. This condo has everything you might need to make a wonderful vacation. Lots of outdoor space in a stellar complex. Great pool, hot tub and outdoor cooking area. The interior of the condo is decorated nicely in a beach theme and is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with herbs, spices, cookware, utensils, cups, plates etc. The beds are comfortable. And last, but NOT least, the owners are extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

Wonderful All Around

This condo was perfect all around. The property listing was accurate. The condo is very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked (could maybe use some more wine glasses and sharpen the knives...minor thing). The balcony is HUGE- and for those of you renting in the heat of summer, this one gets a steady breeze! Not only is the condo itself great, the complex is nice overall, and the location is ideal in my opinion. There's a park w/playground across the street, multiple restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to the beach. And a very short drive to downtown Fernandina. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this rental!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time on Fernandina Beach. The condo was as described - clean and stocked with beach towels, cooking supplies, etc. Only item we could have used is a beach umbrella. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to the pool. Downtown was a short drive. The host was responsive and let us check out late, which was much appreciated!

This was a relaxing and fun getaway for our family. We especially appreciated the huge deck with hammock, being able to walk to the beach, the proximity to the state park, ease of arrival, fun stuff on the island, amazing book selection, and the most well appointed kitchen I have experienced in an home stay. The needle and thread were clutch! Even scissors! Thanks again, we’d love to come back!

Fabulous Condo!

I loved everything about this unit. The size was perfect for our group, and it is beautifully decorated. The wrap around balcony would be a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails (had the weather been warmer). The condo had everything we needed, and then some. This was our first trip to Amelia Island. I'd love to visit again, and if I do, I'd definitely want to stay in this lovely place!

Wonderful

We just spent 3 weeks at this condo and loved it. It was as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants and an easy short drive to historic downtown. The condo was well furnished esp the kitchen with spices and a crockpot. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Beach chairs and bikes were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend.

50th Family Reunion Vacation 2022
