Nicely renovated, quiet, well located condo. We loved the beach access, the old growth landscape of the Omni neighborhood walking / biking paths. There were even beach chairs available to borrow!

I've stayed at multiple location at Omni in the Beachwood Bldg's over the past 5 years and this one was one of the best. We would definitely rent there again.

Perfect Getaway

Amelia Island is one of our favorite places to decompress and relax. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The condo was well-appointed, clean and cozy.

Perfect balance of beach and nature

Amazing stay. Sonrise is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and everything you need is available. Within walking distance to the Omni Resort. Short walk to the peaceful and uncrowded beach area. Perfect for families with children and dogs. We highly recommend!

Friends beach trip

We had a great stay lots of laughs and relaxation. The only thing that would make it better is a shower or waterhose near the door to rinse off feet and beach supplies.

Perfect family getaway!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at Sonrise Retreat. We got ourselves a little turned around while getting to the property and the manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The property is in a safe and gated resort. The provided beach gear was extremely helpful especially since we were flying in and wouldn't be traveling with our own gear. Our entire family thought the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The unit is close to the walkway to the beach where we spent most of our time, the beach was uncrowded and had beautiful sand and fun seashells to hunt. I highly recommend this stay!

Property was very clean and updated. All supplies needed were available including a step stool for my toddler. We had a great time I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall our stay was great the only issue there was construction in an unit across the corridor and the noise woke us up around 830a.m. However, the owners and management company compensated us for the inconvenience. Thanks T. Barnes & Family

Hidden Gem in Florida

Amelia Island is truly a hidden gem. This small island north of Jacksonville is perfect and has everything. The property located on the Omni Resort within walking distance ( 4 minutes) to a beautiful beach which is almost private how quite and clean it is. The pool is right behind the building. The unit has everything, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven and everything you need when you first arrive. They also have a beach buggy, beach chairs, beach towels.I give the place and the hosts 5+ stars. One example, when we arrived the Xfinity box in the living room wasnt working. No big deal we came to enjoy the beach , but the hosts were on it immediately and got it replaced. Very responsive. Will definitely rent again in the future.

I'm sure the owners have worked hard to make the property beautiful. Hello, I'm sure that the property that we booked would have been lovely but we needed a third BR for when my 90 year old father comes for a week. Be aware of the cancellation policy from this company. We've used ERA for years and decided to book with Moore instead this yearn - BIG MISTAKE! Our reservation is for July and it's for one month. Moore charges a flat 10% fee for cancellation. Okay, I didn't read the fine print. However, 10% of $6300 is a $630 fee! What? That property will book five times over before we get there in July. There was no offer from Moore to find us something else, no questions of why we were cancelling. Just a very cold, robotic response of "That's our policy." What a pathetic state of affairs. I hope the owner is happy that she/he made $630 and did nothing to earn it. I work hard for my money and it takes me a long time as a teacher to earn $630 dollars after taxes. I'll never never recommend this company to anyone and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know of this ridiculous policy!!
