Peaceful Perfection

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Shelley answered questions that we had regarding the property both before and during our visit. She is an extraordinary host and has made this condo feel like a home away from home. There was never a moment that we felt like' "I wish I had my..." Everything you need is right there! And the view, by far, is AMAZING, whether you are on the beach or sitting on the balcony. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, collecting shells and shark's teeth, walks on the beach, seeing where sea turtles would lay eggs, cooking meals right at home and watching the storms come across the water. The water was perfect for swimming and the drive to places for shopping was convenient. We will definitely be back. It was a great way to say goodbye to summer as we all jump back into our regular routines with school starting back up in 2 weeks. Thank you Shelley for sharing your home, we made some wonderful memories!

This property is fantastic! Not only is the view amazing but the unit itself is incredibly well appointed. I have stayed in a few short term rentals and not one has had the attention to detail this unit has. All the essentials were provided and we did not have to buy/bring shampoo, laundry and dish supplies. The spices were provided so all in all it was very well stocked which made our week long stay so much easier! It is a third floor without an elevator so having all that there makes for less trips of the stairs. There were beach supplies, towels, etc and Shelley was great to interact with. Do not hesitate to book this condo!

Calm an Relaxing

The time of year was perfect for the weather. Beach was calm and the weather was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the waves. The place was very cozy and welcoming for a short stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Away from things and chill but also close enough to laces worth the eat. Would love to stay her again!

Perfect beach home

We enjoyed this cute condo right on the beach! The views were spectacular. Listening to the waves and looking at the ocean go on forever was absolutely amazing. The condo had all the necessities for the beach ready for you to borrow. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

An April Retreat

First of all, working with Shelley was wonderful. She was so responsive and a delight to work with from our initial booking a year ago to check out. The unit was perfect for our needs and tastefully decorated. We fell in love with the area which boasts a nearby golf course and plenty of places to dine. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short due to a family illness. We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you Shelley.

Great place to unplug and unwind!

Seaside Serenity is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The condo is very comfortable with lots of welcoming touches! The view from the balcony is incredible- whether you are enjoying morning coffee or an evening beverage. Communication with property owner was smooth- she is very responsive! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful views

This is a perfect rental for a couple or a young family. The kitchen is well stocked and the furnishings are comfortable. I felt like I was sitting on the beach while on the balcony - it is that close to the beach! We took kayaks and had a great paddle on the Intercoastal Waterway, launching from Morris Landing a few miles away. Overall, a wonderful trip. Thank you Shelley!

Beautiful Beach Destination

While our trip was cut short by Hurricane Idalia, we enjoyed 3 nights in this lovely little oceanfront condo. Instructions and guidance for the amenities & check in/out are extremely well done, and the owner is top of class in communication, responsiveness & hospitality. Excluded sandy beach is a short walk down from the 3rd floor, and with beach gear at the ready for your stay. Loved our time here! (For coffee lovers, machine is a drip maker and filters are on site.)

Amazing Place right on the beach!

This was an awesome place to stay for our first visit to North Topsail Beach. Balcony facing the ocean with the nice breeze all times of day to keep you cool while enjoying the sights and peaceful sounds of the waves. Highly recommend! Place was equipped with some extras including coffee, toiletries, soaps, and beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys). Only thing to note is there is no elevator so there's several steps to get to the 3rd floor. Communication with property owner was fantastic too.

A Great Stay

The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. It was a great time with our family, and the balcony overlooking the beach was awesome. The beach was amazing, and we were able to see dolphins on multiple occasions. We would definitely book another stay in the future!

Excellent condo

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. The owner provided some extras, such as paper products, soaps, and condiments. It is definitely a great place to visit for a quiet beach vacation! We would go there again if available! The owner communicated all the directions and was available for questions. Highly recommend this owner!
