Great condo! Very clean and well maintained. Appeared recently updated. It was very comfortable for 6 adults. Beach was not crowded at all. Will look to stay here again.

Lovely condo!

We had a wonderful stay during our trip. The condo was beautiful and kept clean, it was right on the beach and super convenient to everything that we wanted to do on our trip. It was a great space for our group of friends to stay together but allow everyone to have their own personal space. Will definitely be staying again!

Ketch Courtyard

This was our first time visiting Amelia Island and we absolutely loved it. Our condo was beautiful and we loved the big balcony with its great ocean views. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful, and answered my emails very quickly. I highly recommend Ketch Courtyard Condos...you won't be disappointed!

There was not a comfortable piece of furniture in the living area, not end tables, or lamps. The kitchen and bedrooms and bathroom were excellent. We will not schedule another visit because of the living room.

Nicest Condo Ever

We realize this unit has been recently renovated and it was very impressive. Very clean, decorated so well, loved the color scheme. The grand kids enjoyed the pool. We appreciated all the products provided for our family’s use. Points for full length mirror in master closet! The complex grounds were well-maintained. Absolutely everything exceeded our expectations. Absolutely the only downside was that the unit does not face the beach, and that wasn’t a problem. We will stay there again!

Girls’ weekend

The condo was just as pretty as you see in the pictures. It was perfect for a weekend reunion for three female college friends who are now senior citizens. We loved that we each got our own spacious bedroom and bathroom. It was very roomy and had a lot of supplies. For anyone wondering, it was on the second floor, and there is an elevator. There are grocery carts located on the first floor, which are available to help bring up any items from your car to the condo. The view from the patio was our favorite place to sit with a refreshing breeze and the ocean visible. We sat out there daily having our breakfast and then snacks before dinner. We booked this weekend in the fall and had no idea that this was “Shrimpfest” weekend. Besides a variety of delicious shrimp entrées, the streets were lined with artisans’ tents selling all kinds of things. The condo is in a great location and just about close to everything. In my opinion, the east side of the island is a much better choice to stay since it is on the Atlantic Ocean rather than on the west side of the island. If we should come back to visit, this is definitely where I’d want to stay.

Immaculate Condo 5 Stars

This condo is the cleanest, most comfortable rental I’ve ever stayed in. The listing is very accurate and all the details are there. Condo is tastefully updated, kitchen has everything you could need, ample supplies are provided. Would recommend to friends and family for a great time! Beach is beautiful and easy to get to. 5 stars!

The condo was exactly as described. Perfect location with easy beach access and casual restaurant across the street. 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina Beach area. Would definitely recommend and would stay here if we're in the area in the future

Birthday trip to Florida

The Ketch Courtyard Condo was a short walk to the beach and very close to other activities. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for all to have their own space. Matt and Jenny were very attentive to what we needed, port-a crib for baby, any requests to them were taken care of immediately. Thank you for a great place to spend our get away. We would choose to stay here again.

Perfect family getaway

Our family of 5 adults stayed in this condo during Christmas. The condo is spacious and nicely appointed. The rooms were comfortable ands each had its own full bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, to include trash bags and dishwasher detergent. The balcony is very roomy and has a nice dining table with chairs. Though the unit is not beach front, you can see the water from the back bedroom and the balcony. There is a boardwalk that takes you right to the beach. The owners (Jenny & Matt) were in contact with us several times and replied quickly to questions ahead of time. We advised Jenny & Matt of a couple of minor issues (slow draining sink and a couple of dead roaches) upon our departure. The condo building is located by the beach and a short drive to downtown and numerous restaurants/ stores. We would stay in this building/ unit again.

Very nice beach getaway

Convenient to state parks, fort clinch, downtown shopping, restaurants, fishing, and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen, nice Keurig, appliances, dinning table, and decorations. Very clean, rooms are well furnished, each with their own bathroom. Could use a better sofa in the den but overall a nice stay for a few days.
