This place was so cute, so perfect in so many ways! Perfect location for beach and to downtown and 2 minutes from the fort! There was so much activity happening in the local area that we were able to be a part of that we probably wouldn't have known about if we didn't stay here. The host was AMAZING to, we had a small issue trying to find the location, however they were so available (even at 10:30 at night) and helped us and said they would make sure to update the directions for future guests to ensure no future confusion. I would also like to note, that the bedding was so nice! I have stayed in places before that we were not so lucky. We will be booking this place again for sure!

Beach home away from home

We had such a great stay. You could see and hear the ocean from the front walk. Only a few minutes walk down to the beach. We had all of the home away from home comforts needed. Clean and spacious.

Great Location awesome managers

So close to beach and easy to get to everything shopping restaurants.Moore group was awesome and answered all my questions fast. Just a fabulous place to stay with a price just right! Would do again in a heartbeat! Here is to next time

First trip to Fernandina Beach

Our first trip to Fernandina Beach was wonderful! The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the historic town of Fernandina Beach. Overall our stay was very peaceful and enjoyable! I highly recommend Sea La Vie!

Wonderful

Love this condo, perfect for our extended family when visiting my mother she lives in a two bedroom condo we own in fernandena shores but doesn’t have room for all our family. Condo was clean, comfortable and only complaint is we had a hard time figuring out how to adjust shower. Well stocked. Will use again when needed. Fernandena shores put your you’reis great for families of all ages.

Property was good. Living area was beautiful. Instructions for TV was confusing until Dana came to help. Bathrooms need to be updated. Could have been a little cleaner. Trash & dust under bed.

Great 2 BR in a nice community.

Second time we have stayed in this condo. Short .10 walk to the beach (with upgraded ramp access!) Comm. pool is just behind the condo as well. We will be back again!

Great place

Very nice condo complex. Nice unit clean, spacious well stocked with kitchen supplies. Just a heads up if you are traveling with children the furniture is white. Everything else was great.

Condo Review

The condo was in a great location and was well within a short walking distance to beach access. We enjoyed the space, the close access to the pool and tennis courts. I would recommend that a large trashcan be placed outdoors on deck if possible. Although we had close access to the facility dumpster, it required several trips a day to keep the trash from piling up.

Nice quiet location

The location is one block from the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and the historic downtown is about 2.5 miles. Lots to do on Amelia Island! The property is decorated nicely and it is very comfortable. There is a pool and tennis court in the development. Overall nice, quite location. Next to Ft.Clinch State Park and close to Egan Greenway (walking, biking, alligator siting, etc.)

The condo was clean and spacious. The only complaint was that the back deck is way too cluttered and fence door is almost impossible to open.

Steps to the ocean!

Fantastic location. Had all the amenities of home away from home. The sounds and breeze from the ocean at night were amazing. Super easy check in and out process as well!

Nice Place in Good Location

This was an excellent property in a very convenient location near the beach and restaurants as well as Ft. Clinch. It is also a very short drive to downtown and also very bike-able. My kids took advantage of the bike in the shed. I also left an item behind and the owner was very kind to locate and promptly mailed back to me which I very much appreciate! Recommended:)
