The view from the balcony was beautiful and the access to the beach made the stay amazing. I had a conference at the Ritz and it was an easy and beautiful walk to the venue. The condo had all the amenities we needed. Although we didn't cook in, the kitchen was fully supplied with everything we could need. I will definitely be back!

What a nice place to stay! Loved the condo and the location. Our host Victoria and Tom had everything ready for us and all the amenities we could have needed. Great veiws from the balcony and upper bedroom. Very quiet. Easy parking. Right next to the pool and easy access to the beach. Lots of amenities for the beach. Close to the grocery store. This unit was well equipped with everything you could need. Easy drive to town and lots of shopping and dinning options. We will definitely stay here again and can't wait to come back.

Perfect location, quiet residential area. Directly adjacent to gym and pool facility. Steps from the beach. 10/15 minutes to restaurants and shops in Fernandina Beach. Located within minutes of golf courses.Victoria was a great host - responded to all requests, questions etc. Condo was nicely updated and clean.Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was so nice. Access to beach was great! The view from the balcony was really pretty, especially with all the natural dunes. The condo had everything we needed and even extras that we had not planned on being provided. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again. Our first time to Amelia Island and it did not disappoint!!

The condo was amazing. It was clean and organized. The appliances were new and in great working condition. The pool was a minute walk from the front door. Two walkways to the beach were very close - 3 minute walk to the beach. The owner was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place. Very continently located next to the Club Pool. Beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t beat the location

Upon arrival we were disappointed. Having so much excitement walking in, it was apparent the maid had not completed her job and left items undone and not communicated issues to the property owner. The dryer needs to run a little longer then the sensor and it was evident all the towels set out for us were still a little damp and some were left in the dryer which we found after arrival. As such we had to wash them all again. We also had a few other issues one that limited our ability to use the shower for a day due to the shower door which is tough for a family of 6 at the beach to only have one shower and another issue was a main light out in the kitchen which made it dark in the cooking area.Having said that we were able to communicate with Victoria to get the main items including the light and shower taken care of within 24 hrs. Those first 24hrs were unfortunately not vacation mode as we had to rewash linens, couldn’t use the shower, and be available for the repair worker which kept us from the beach. However I will say I have full confidence that if Victoria had been made aware of these issues prior to our arrival she would have taken care of them. Communication between the maid and owner would have prevented this.The views are incredible and easy access to the beach make this a prime location. The access to the beach club was also much appreciated. It is right next door.The place itself is nice and there are two nice chairs and a wagon kept inside for beach trips.

Spring Break

Location, location!! Condo was in an excellent location, with easy access to beach and pool. Loved that we had access to beach gear versus needing to pack all of our own. Condo was well appointed and well cared for. Would def come back again!
