We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit.The home has convenient access to the beach, which we really appreciated. Although it was cold in the evenings and we didn’t spend much time outside, the clear night skies made for some lovely stargazing moments.The neighborhood was quiet and serene, making it a perfect place to unwind. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Ideal Location

Very comfortable condo for my husband and I & our fur baby! Close to beach (you can hear the waves from the patio) and pool. Beautiful plantation style surroundings to bike, hike, or ride a golf cart around. Quite impressed with the management communication and follow up to some of our needs. The welcome gift was also a nice touch. Would not hesitate to return to this property and would tecommend to anyone.

Perfect Accommodations

Great set up for a couple

This was perfect set up for me and my wife with our small dog. Ground floor with easy walk out for him to do his business. Very nicely decorated with a well appointed kitchen. Only complaint was the couches were a bit uncomfortable especially if you have lower back problems which we both did. Owner left nice welcome gift of bottle of wine and the small lit Christmas tree was a really nice touch.

Fantastic place to stay

We saw the photos and description of this property online when booking but that wasn't even comparable to staying here in person! The property, grounds, beach, everything was perfect. It was a short 2 minute walk outside our door to get to what felt like our own private beach. The inside of the property was that of a dream. Everything was there that we needed, along with more. We were comfortable, clean and safe - 3 things you can only hope to feel while you are on vacation. The property was a bit tricky to get to the first time but once we got through security and found the property we were golden. Our son joined us with his puppy for a couple of visits - so we were happy this place was actually pet friendly. All around, best vacation spot we have stayed and we will be back soon!

Great stay

VRBO had nothing to do with our satisfaction. The actual rental went through AMELIA ISLAND GETAWAYS and we were extremely satisfied with their professional service and will go directly to them next vacation

Fantastic in Every Way

Beautiful condo located steps away from the ocean. The condo was very clean and had everything needed to truly feel like home away from home. Our dog Buddy enjoyed walking out the patio door for his walks and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return and would rent this unit again.

Love the location

Everything was great with the exception of the seating in living room. Just not a lot of support for the back. The cushions for the back were not supportive of people with neck or lower back issues. Otherwise everything else was great!

Great Location

I have been staying at the Plantation for years. I typically stay in Shipwatch but no units were available. I was disappointed but found this condo in Sea Dunes instead - What a nice surprise! The beaches were sandier and less crowded. The pool is also close to the condo and very convenient to get to. Condo was well appointed and everything was as expected. I will be returning to Sea Dunes and this condo in the future! I reccommend you try it too!
