Will start with TOP NOTCH front office communication throughout the entire trip. Great location and amazing views ALL day! Back patio sunrises and front window sunsetsFully stocked kitchen with everything one would need for great in unit meals. Even better the second trip there!

Stunning views from this beautiful top-floor home. Kitchen amenities were amazing. Communication with the host/agency was great. A little confusing navigating inside the Omni property but we figured it all out. Trails and restaurants on property were very nice. Highly recommend making your way up to the north/west area of the island to explore shops and restaurants in downtown Fernandina Beach. Also highly recommend exploring Fort Clinch State Park for hiking and biking.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the 1875 Turtle Dunes Luxury Penthouse on beautiful Amelia Island, and we are still dreaming about it! This stunning oceanfront condo is truly a hidden gem—an incredibly romantic, peaceful, and intimate retreat on the quiet, semi-private southern end of the island within the exclusive Omni resort area.The unit itself is immaculate and beautifully updated, with tasteful decor, a well-equipped kitchen, and every modern comfort you could hope for. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining this luxurious space. The atmosphere is serene and inviting from the moment you walk in.But the real magic? The views. Wow. The double balconies offer an unobstructed front-row seat to the Atlantic—hearing the ocean waves day and night was incredibly soothing and romantic. Waking up to the sunrise over the water was breathtaking, and in the evening, we watched the sun set over the lagoon and Intracoastal Waterway through the western windows. It was truly the best of both worlds—sunrise and sunset, ocean and waterway.We were also delighted by the abundance of local wildlife—birds, rabbits, gopher tortoises, and even the occasional dolphin pods made appearances.This penthouse is the perfect destination for a couple's escape or anyone looking to unwind in luxury and seclusion. Above the rest

We loved our stay. The views and amenities are excellent as expected. What we appreciated most were the little details. The kitchen has clean, high quality cookware and dining ware. They even had a strainer pot to do a seafood boil. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach towels included. We usually bring our own kitchen supplies to rentals, but felt no need to get them out this time!

View, Views, Views....

Even with the temperatures not quite on our side, Turtle Dunes 1857 held its own, and some. The multi-level accessible balconies overlooking the eastern ocean view stayed basked in the sun until early afternoon and blocked the predominate west winds. Very comfortable to just sit on the nice outside furniture and watch the golfers below go by. The western view from the upper level, even though sealed window only, framed in the daily sunsets amazingly. The unit had everything one needs too. Very well presented. The entire island had a wonderful and friendly vibe. First time for us on Amelia and we can wait to get back.

Amazing -- Can't Wait to Return

WOW! This condo was just perfect for us. You enter on the floor with the 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath and ocean views, as well as a balcony. Take the spiral staircase upstairs and you find an amazing area that includes a lovely living room, dining room, sitting area and kitchen. The balcony overlooking the ocean provides breathtaking views. We loved the sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Anniversary Vacation

Property was excellent! View was terrific. Walks on the beach were great. Restaurants were fun and the food was good. It was a very nice place to stay. Quiet and relaxing. I would recommend it to everyone, but I want a week to go back myself.

Lovely stay

Beautiful condo, gorgeous ocean view! Condo was clean and beautifully maintained. My interactions with the property management co was excellent. I have no complaints about our stay here at all. Just a note: this property has a steep spiral staircase to the kitchen/living room. If someone has any mobility issues the stairs might be a problem but we couldn’t be happier,

Beautiful accomodation

Location was excellent. The two level layout added uniqueness to this property. Views of ocean and intercoastal waterway from this top floor unit are fantastic. Tastefully decorated; very functional kitchen. All essential products provided - such as dish detergent, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper. Location is near the southern end of the beach and therefore very private and not crowded. The pool is large, attractive and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.
