Beautiful view, clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen

We loved the place! The outdoor grilling area made it super easy for our family to eat dinners together outside. Lovely view of the ocean. Everything was nice and clean and convenient.

Good location. Needs a deep clean (showers, appliances, kitchen). They closed the pool one day without notification. Elevator super slow. Beds clean and comfy. Spacious. Great view.

Nice condo

The room was spacious for the four of us and nicely decorated. Loved the layout since my elderly mother was with us and it was easy for her to get around. There is a very long walk to the beach but easy to navigate. The pool and beach were great. The only complaints are: the trash had not been taken out before we arrived, there was no soap in the master bath, and the parking is terrible!! Overflow parking is a couple of blocks down the street and in the woods. I wish they would assign parking spots for each condo.

Great family getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay at 1389. It was a great layout which accommodated our family, had all of the necessary components in the kitchen, and the best view of the beach! The check in was a breeze, the option of stairs and elevator was a bonus, and the premises were very well kept. We will be back!

Great condo, fantastic pool and beach access

Loved this condo — excellent layout for a family with children. Beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. This complex has a fantastic pool and excellent beach access. We’ll be back!

I’d highly recommend! The unit is clean and well equipped. Our family really enjoyed the location within the community. The restaurants on site were great, the pool was very nice. We are already planning our next trip.

T’Giving holiday stay

Nice updates property. Had some issues with WiFi which were resolved yet TV’s never worked over T’Giving holiday. Property managers easy to get in touch with. Minimal kitchen “essentials”.

Great choice for 3 generations

This unit has 2 Master Bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Each Master feature a King Size bed. The Third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and the bath is across the hall. The Kitchen is very well appointed with new stainless steel appliances. The Dining room table can accommodate 8. Very quiet unit.

Great View!

Shipwatch is a great location - beach access, pool, etc. Condo has an amazing beachfront view. Bedding, linens and towels are not the best and condo is a little dated but overall good property.

Great View!

Condo was clean and well equipped, but the best part was the view, up about four floors and can see over the dunes. Any small problems were corrected quickly. We did not realize the elevator stopped above our floor, so we had to walk down 6-8 steps to our condo. This was not a problem for us, but might be a consideration for others. We rented 3 condos at Shipwatch for our family to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We had a delightful time and the property is lovely!

Beach Time

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we love it! Great beach view and access to beach! We rented beach chairs and umbrellas and stayed at beach all day but did get other activities in. We went took paddle board lesson, putt putt and horse ride on beach! Great condo to stay at and location for our activities!

1389 Shipwatch is Fabulous

Loved our stay on Amelia Island - this property is large and very comfortable. The ocean front balcony is wonderful for breakfast and evening drinks. This VRBO was one of our all time favorites. We look forward to returning.

Spring break

The washing machine broke on Thursday-it was the water pump-made a flood in the condo-we dried it up with our beach towels , but I slipped & fell while trying to clean/ dry the mess b/c the tile got slick when wet. We had to use buckets to get water out of the machine b/c it filled up to the top of the washer. The appliance repair company says the water pump needs to be replaced, so we could not start any laundry for the cleaning staff. During the rain storm Friday the twin bedroom windows were leaking water onto the floor. Other than that we had a great time-thank you! Melinda Patterson
