  • Discover the perfect coastal escape in this stunning penthouse. This home is thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and spacious living. All three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, are located upstairs, including two with serene marsh views. One of these offers a private balcony, providing a perfect spot to watch the sun set. The master suite features a dedicated balcony that can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and the master bath.

    The main level is an open and inviting space for gathering, featuring a half-bathroom, a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, and bar stools, which provide ample space for dining. A private balcony offers a peaceful outdoor extension of the living area, while a dedicated workstation is located off the living room.

    The villa complex enhances your stay with a refreshing swimming pool and on-site tennis courts. This smoke-free home is dog-friendly and welcomes your canine companion to enjoy the island adventure with you.

    Dogs only (max 1) permitted with prior management approval. A non-refundable $250 pet fee applies. Dogs must be house-trained, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and sociable. Size/breed restrictions apply; pet agreement signature required. No cats or other animals.
    All reservations, regardless of booking platform, require a signed rental agreement within 48 hours of booking to confirm the reservation.

    Guests are liable for damage or extra cleaning. Amelia Best VRR may charge your card. Report pre-existing issues at check-in to avoid liability.

    The guest must adhere to occupancy policies and limits, which are strictly enforced.

    Reservations include a non-refundable service fee to cover processing and software costs. This fee is final and will not be refunded upon cancellation

My husband and I just spent a week at this property as a little mini honeymoon and it was wonderful. There was plenty of space, all the rooms were clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony is phenomenal and being just a few steps away from the pool and beach was super convenient. I would definitely recommend this host and we would love to stay here again someday.

Fantastic Location in Amelia Island

Wonderful penthouse in a fantastic location within the Amelia Island Plantation. The master bedroom is wonderful and the property is wonderfully equipped. We had a terrific stay.

The best time! Beds are so great you want to sleep in, until you get a glimpse of the view and then you're eager to start your day. But then relaxing in the soaking tub with the view is a great way to end a day of fun! We love the Turtle Dunes location and will be back. Excellent hosts!

The best view!

We had a great stay at Turtle Dunes! We’ve been traveling to Amelia Island for several years, but this was the best unit we’ve rented so far! The kitchen is well stocked, living area and bedrooms are spacious, and the view is amazing. We can’t wait to come back!

We have been coming to Amelia island for over 20 yrs and this is the 1st time we stayed at this oceanfront penthouse. The highlight was definitely the balcony, it’s spacious, private, and offers incredible views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time out there, whether it was morning coffee, watching the sunrise, or just listening to the waves at night. There is also a small balcony facing the west where you can view incredible sunsets.Inside, the condo felt open and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Large windows and sliding doors let in tons of natural light and kept the ocean view front and center even when indoors. The location couldn’t be better—short walk to the water with easy beach access, which made it simple to go back and forth throughout the day. The fabulous pool was also steps from our condo with plenty of lounge chairs.One minor thing, the condo does not provide pool or beach towels nor do they provide beach chairs but this did not take away from the overall positive experience.Communication was great with our host, she called us the night we checked in to make sure everything went smoothly and to ask if we needed any thing else.We’ll definitely come back.

Great condo

We loved staying at this condo. It has such a wonderful set up with all bedrooms on the top floor (and each bedroom with its own bathroom!). The views were incredible and we enjoyed breakfast on the patio. The kitchen was well appointed with nearly any tool you could possibly need. Next time we come to Amelia Island, we’ll be sure to stay here again!

Family Vacation

The whole process and stay was wonderful. The condo was great. It was clean, had a beautiful view and steps away from the beach! The condo was also supplied with whatever you needed. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!❤️

Wonderful property

This condo was perfect for the groomsmen in our wedding party. The ocean view is fantastic and having a private bath for each bedroom and a half bath downstairs makes this the ideal rental.

This is a wonderful condo with everything you could possibly need. The layout of the condo was perfect, and the decks provided a wonderful place to relax. The property manager is very responsive and always helpful!

October beach getaway

We had a great trip. The property was super clean. Nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The location is perfect and as a result beach is not over crowded. Grocery store is nearby. Laily was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!!!
