I feel the pics were misleading regarding the view. Yes i was aware of the sand dune, however, in order to see the water view shown in this pic you must have had to be standing on a ladder. Looking out standing floor level you could see a sliver of water if you looked to your far left. With regards to location and local amenities it was good location. The actual unit itself was very well stocked with what you need but unfortunately i couldn't get past the musty oder. Not sure where the oder was coming from but I felt that I needed to do some extra cleaning to try and eliminate the oder.For the price I was disappointed.

This was a perfect place for our needs. We wanted to be near family for the holidays, and have enough room for them to visit us as well as take walks on the beach. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants as well as making meals in the well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of parking which also made it easy for visitors. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch listening to the ocean. Access to the beach was also easy with a walkway right next to the building.

My brother and I stayed here over Labor Dar weekend 2025. The condo was excellent. There are two ample bedrooms - one with an ensuite. The furniture is all comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. There are TVs in every room and they are streaming TVs (no cable). Two coffee makers drip/kuerig- coffee was supplied. The wifi is secure and fast. The larger ensuite bedroom also has a desk. The ensuite bath is more updated but the hall (full bath) was certainly adequate. Water pressure was excellent. There are slider doors to a small fenced area (no pets outside) a few chairs on the small patio for sitting and a small kidney shaped outdoor pool. The location is excellent -immediately on the beach (you can't see the ocean from this 1st floor condo as the dunes are higher than the 1st floor - but the dunes are pretty with sea oats covering them and the dunes are extremely important to protect the property). The location is also very convenient for a wide array of short walks to a large variety of restaurants /bars etc. Communication with the host was immediate and accurate. Dedicated outdoor parking spot is directly in front of the door to the condo. Excellent spot - we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Family Vacation

We loved staying at the Happy Pineapple. The condo is right beside the pool and only steps from the beach. It was great that we could bring our dog with us, too.The owner was very helpful and the communication was very smooth. We definitely plan to go back!

Family 4th of July Vacation

Condo is just as described and looked exactly like pictures. Plenty of beach chairs, tent, towels, etc there for use. Easy access to pool and close to pier to see fireworks. Loved the designated parking, makes you rest easy knowing it will not be an issue. Beds were super comfortable and well maintained. Owners were easy to contact when needed. Definitely a 5

Cute and comfy condo, great location, and wonderful hosts. Everything you need for a day at the beach is supplied by the hosts. We enjoyed being right on the beach and just a few steps from the pool. Had a great time!!

5 Star Oceanfront Condo with Pool!

My family stayed for a week at this oceanfront condo nestled in a lovely area of Jax Beach. The beds and linens are extra soft & luxurious. The washer & dryer in unit are so convenient. We loved the ease of parking and access to the pool & patio area. The owners are quick to respond and very accommodating.We rented a golf cart, and dined out in Neptune & Atlantic Beaches. There’s a Mellow Mushroom within walking distance. It’s a great place to stay!

March get-a-way

Great condo on the ocean. First floor unit was great for morning coffees by the pool. Not heated but nice anyway. Pool bathroom a surprise. The furnishings were cozy and comfortable, bedrooms at opposite ends of unit was nice. Nice master shower. Also parking was so convenient to the unit. Felt like valet parking! Lol. A short walk to the beach from the gate, great access to the beach. Very clean property, both inside and out. I would come here again!

Great Location!

Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. M. Bedroom mattress was very comfortable. However, I found the TV system quite challenging to navigate. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo in Jacksonville Beach

My wife, children, and I stayed here between Christmas and New Year's Day. It was perfect for what we needed. The entrance is very convenient to the parking which made loading and unloading much easier. The dunes obscure the view, but you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing and the ability to walk out the back door and onto the beach made it super convenient to enjoy coffee while watching the sun come up. The hosts were very gracious. We will definitely consider coming back in the future.
