We had such a wonderful stay at this ground-floor condo for our anniversary! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy morning walks by the water. Our dog had the best time exploring all of the nearby walking trails. The condo itself felt homey and comfortable, with tasteful upgrades that made the space feel extra special. The primary bathroom was beautiful and clearly updated with care. Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in/check-out process couldn’t have been easier. We would absolutely stay here again—thank you for helping make our anniversary so memorable!

Great Condo and Location

My family and I had never been to Amelia Island and booked this condo and it was exactly what we had hoped for. It is very well updated and perfect for families. The condo was clean and spacious and right on the beach, so we could easily walk out the sliding glass door and head down vs having a far walk. We enjoyed the location, as it is still close to the downtown area, but far enough away to not be right in the middle of everything. Will absolutely book here again for our next Amelia Island getaway

Wonderful Stay

This was our second time visiting the property at Sea Dunes. Just as before, the condo was equipped with every amenity needed for a stay at the beach! We brought our small dog and there were even toys for him!

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

This condo was perfect for our family! Nicely decorated, with very comfortable beds, steps to the beach and pool and bonus points for having a magnifying makeup mirror!!! All the extras that you'll need for a relaxing beach vacation - chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach towels. We had a blast and hope to return sometime in the future.

Beautiful Ocean View

This was our first time on Amelia Island. What a gem. The condo is located on the south end of the island, the prettiest in our opinion. It's on the first floor so easy in/out if you have a dog. The pics are accurate, condo was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay.

AS CLOSE TO THE BEACH AS IT GETS!

This is the Perfect condo! It is just a few steps to the beach! The condo is updated and has so many extra little touches that you wont find in other rentals. If you have a dog, it doesn't get more convenient than this! This was our second time staying here and we will be back!
