We loved the location and especially sitting on the lanai to relax for lunch/dinner. The view is spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped, allowing us to cook our beach meal of shrimp scampi. We brought our bicycles with us, and the location provided us very easy access to the East Coast Greenway Bike Trail. We were able to ride south on the Greenway for many miles. Should we visit Amelia Island again, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was probably the best vacation we’ve had ever! The property was absolutely beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and stocked with much more than I expected. The Host thought of everything. There were games that my grandchildren were super excited about and they loved the bunkbeds. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The Host’s were very communicative and provided amazing suggestions with all the details we needed, I did not need to Google anything she had all the information listed and was very organized. Seriously the best Host’s I have experienced. Our favorite thing was the beach. The shells were abundant, The beach was clean, Everyone was friendly, and with all the planning the hosts did to make our trip easy we were able to enjoy each other and time with family. We definitely plan on coming back many times you don’t even need to leave the property. You can DoorDash or Cook there and hang out at the beach. The pool was also very nice and warm and we were able to see lots of interesting wildlife during our stay.

Condo exceeded expectations! Very clean and kitchen well equipped. The walk to beach was beautiful. Very nice pool and deck. We enjoyed visiting Fort Clinch and eating at Timoti's and Sliders. Great bookstore in town (The Book Loft).

We had a great time at the condo. Its a pretty short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen and living area were very nicely furnished for playing (games, etc) and cooking. Its not a big deal but the condo is spread out across 4 floors (i.e. 3 small sets of stairs). The bathrooms are pretty small and a little dated. Only one is really open for all to use since the 2nd is in the primary bedroom on the 4th floor. The pool is a great size but there isn't any covering or shade so it was HOT. Like the water felt almost like a hot tub. We were there during the hottest week so it may not always be that way but we couldn't really enjoy the pool because of it. The owners have a lot of pool and beach items for people to use but the closet where its stored needs some organizing and cleaning. It was hard to tell what exactly was in there and useable.

Fantastic family vacation

We have been vacationing on Amelia Island for the past 5 years. Of the different homes this is tops on our list! Kitchen is well equipped for making delicious meals, nice furniture and very comfortable beds. The pool and beach are amazing! Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Lovely stay

We had a very nice stay at this condo. It is quiet, has everything you need to be comfortable, the beach is gorgeous. The only thing that I wish was different is that there is really no shade at the communal pool, not the owner's issue, but an issue with the management of the condo I guess. That would have been nice to have. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and you can bike, do water activities not far from the unit itself. Amelia Island is a great place for a family vacation too. It was quiet while we were there, but we've been when our kids were young and had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great Stay

Communication with owners was smooth and easy and very responsive! We had the power and water go out in separate occasions during our stay (nothing to do with the unit itself was a resort wide issue) and they were quick to respond and try and get answers and solutions. The condo itself was great for our family and the views were fantastic! Can't wait to book again in the future!

Perfect family spring break

The villa and overall area was perfect for our family of 6 during spring break. Plenty to do without much crowd. Relaxing at the pool or beach while also staying active with biking, pickleball and kayaking. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.
