Lovely Amelia Island Condo with pool, W/D & central AC

  • Create your next memory in this luxurious oceanfront condo located on the second floor. This beautiful condo is situated on the ocean side of The Omni Resort at Amelia Island, perfect for couples and families. You'll have great views and a location close to lots of shopping and dining options. The suite comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a large private balcony, a fireplace, a whirlpool tub, large TVs, and high-speed WiFi. Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.

    Things to Know Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court! There is some repair work being done on the pool bathrooms, expected completion date of March 5th. Please be advised that the restroom facilities will be temporarily unavailable for the duration of the project. However, the pool will remain open. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community

Quick getaway!

Lucky to have this property available on such short notice! Well kept, clean and comfortable corner unit on the second floor of a very safe complex. Good ocean front views in quite setting. Would definitely stay again!

The Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and family friendly, the family room was nicely laid out for a large family, and there was absolutely EVERYTHING you could ever need in this unit. I sat daily on the patio and listened to the waves. Quick walk to the pool (down the stairs and out the door), quick walk to the quiet, beautiful beach (same). Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this spot.
