It was a lovely place in a lovely location. Only comment is that my texts about minor issues were not always responded too. Not sure if I was sending them to the right number but only received terse replies that did not even mention the issues I addressed. This is all very minor but would appreciate a more personal response. Thanks for everything.

Great location and well stocked kitchen with numerous cooking utensils, blender, 2 types of coffee makers, pots, pans, everything needed to cook meals, plenty of towels in bathrooms and comfortable beds and pillows.The view was terrific!

Had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness and view from this oceanfront condo! It was helpful having the in-unit washer/dryer. It took a few tries to get the hang of the combined washer/dryer. I wanted to simply dry things and not wash them, and I realized that I appreciate my separate units at home. Also appreciated the dishwasher, and the shared carts made getting stuff from the car to the unit very easy. Things I'd love to give feedback on: 1. TVs must be attached to the wall. We have small children, and this was a huge safety concern that we had to keep in mind the whole time. 2. Whoever assembled the twin beds used screws that are too long for the bed frame. I have small children who lose things under the beds. One of my girls got a small cut from these protruding screws, and this is dangerous and should be addressed. 3. The refrigerator door needs to be reversed. It took two people to pull items out of the fridge: one to wedge themselves between the fridge door and the wall, and the other person to stand and receive things handed over the door. It was cumbersome and made the kitchen a challenge. 4. Master bed was really uncomfortable. In fact, I almost rolled out of it onto the floor. I'd stay here again except for this mattress (and the other things listed above). 5. My parents stayed in a unit two doors down, and I was very jealous of their stark white bedding and towels. 6. Pool had no shade 7. patio needs pressure washing

Gorgeous!

This was everything we were looking for in a beach rental. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we love watching the sunrise in the morning. The place was clean and modern and the bed was the most comfortable bed. I’ve ever stayed in other than my own bed at home. we will be back!

Clean and attractive

We enjoyed our week stay here. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed and then some. It's obvious the owners put some time and thought into this place. It didn't seem like 'just a rental'. Our only gripe--and it was a big one for us--was the bed in the master bedroom. It felt totally worn out and uncomfortable. I know the owners pointed out that a bed's comfort is a personal preference but seriously, it felt soft and saggy, and neither of us got a good night's sleep. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely condo

We had a lovely week here. Our first time to Amelia Island and we enjoyed it very much. This condo was immaculate and the property manager very responsive and helpful. The only glitch was the washer/dryer combo. It worked fine for clothing, but when I put a load of towels in, it just couldn’t dry them completely. Had to dry only a few towels at a time and it took forever. And the kitchen fridge opens the wrong way, which was awkward. Otherwise,it was as advertised. Great beach!

Absolutely wonderful place!

This was a beautiful condo sitting right on the beach and not too far from the downtown area. It was still quiet with a fantastic view of the beach. This particular condo is right next to the stairwell and only on the second floor making coming and going quiet and easy. Extra towels and blankets were readily available which is something I always want in my VRBO! Thank you for the coffee set up and overall making our stay really comfortable.

Oceanfront, lovely, sunrises, well located.

Great place, very clean and comfortable. Enough space for four, very good for two people. As advertised, two bathrooms and a great deck for watching the sunrise. The House are very responsive to questions.
