Great location. Place was nice. Comfy bed. Loved the beach chairs. Few things to maybe fix is sliding glass door to porch was hard to open and close. Needed two hands as it feels like it’s going to come off track. Coffee table would be nice also as no where to put drink or food. Little things like salt would have been nice but place is clean and convenient. Very peaceful

The view was lovely. However, the main slider was either broken or off track, so the only way we could access the balcony was through the master bedroom. The condo was clean and functional. But if you plan to cook anything, you will need your own pots, the ones in the condo are so scratched that they would be dangerous to use.

Beautiful, direct view of beach from living room and master bedroom. Balcony seating to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Easy access to to the beach. 3 large smart tvs. Well equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Lovely beach decor and comfortable quality king size beds. Perfect stay!

We just got back of from staying at this condo, it is just as pictured and was amazing. The views off the balcony were great, it was nice getting up early to watch the sunrise while sitting on the balcony. It was very large and there was even access from the master bedroom, as well as the living room. It was great access to beach with its own private boardwalk that took you right there. The place was clean, and we wanted for nothing as it was well stocked. Great location on the beach and just a short drive to the historic downtown district, which as great. Visit Sliders right down the road for tiki bar right on the beach and had live music. Had a very nice dinner at Salt Life which was a little further down.

We had a fabulous stay in this unit. We love Ketch Courtyard and this unit is one of the best 2br we have stayed in. They have thought of everything you would need/want in a vacation condo at the beach. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Amelia Island.

Ketch a Wave is Fantastic

The property was very nicely furnished and was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we loved the way Michelle decorated the place. We loved it and had a fantastic time. There were lots ofBunnies and turtles.

Perfect spot!

First time at Amelia Island and traveling with a 1yr old. Michelle’s place was awesome! She really thought of everything! Was amazing to wake up to the beach everyday and enjoy the the view while the babe napped! About a 7-10min drive to the downtown part but it was perfect!

Great Getaway

Very nice place

This place was very clean and located in a great place. The bed was super comfortable. The complex is small enough to where there’s not a lot of others to worry about. The host was very responsive on one minor issue we had and the handyman was at my door in minutes after the request. We would absolutely stay here again.

Not enough seating in the living room for four people with just one small couch and one armless chair. Bathrooms were very dark, no lights in the shower area is concerning since we are over 65. The back room was musty, smelling, and very tight and dark. King bed was nice, but it did not allow any room for any dresser or a chair to help with luggage. Owner should at least furnish luggage. rack because there isn’t even room on the floor, which I wouldn’t do to put my luggage. A closet in the back room was very musty and not conducive to hanging my clothes. Did not like the low ceilings specially when my husband is 6 feet tall. We decided to only stay there one night and we left went to another hotel. Foggy weather did not help with amenities.

Central Location

Place was great for us. Clean and comfortable. A simple bar across street served us well and ocean view was perfect with easy access to the beach. To make it even better an end table and place to put feet up or coffee table would help. Would stay again?
