Late winter stay was exceptional. Condo is clean and well set up for an extended stay. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. View from the balcony was lovely with ocean sounds. Easy beach access and newly built shared grilling patio. Communication exceptional.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and our 6th or 7th stay in the Plantation area of Amelia Island. Great place for a secluded beach getaway in Fall/Winter that’s not overly touristed out. The Shipwatch unit is very spacious for our group of 4-5 and is beach-facing. We also like the proximity to the eating/shopping options like Marche Burette.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch villas. A beautiful condo- I think it should be mentioned that the elevator doesn’t get you to the floor of the condo- you have to climb a half flight of stairs - luckily we were able to do that with our luggage! Can’t really walk to the main hotel- it’s a hike but it’s nice to have dinner there and we did visit the spa. Would definitely stay here again and Michelle was a wonderful host and answered all questions promptly.

We had a wonderful visit to Amelia Island! The condo is located in the beautiful Omni resort and tucked away in a quiet and serene setting. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Our children loved the quick access to the beach and pool and found the closet of toys / beach gear exciting and entertaining. Our family of five could spread out and we appreciated the pack and play and booster chair for our toddler. We never grew tired of the balcony and the stunning views. A small, but impactful plus was the room darkening curtains that made for better sleep! We enjoyed dining in downtown Fernandina as well as at the pizza shop on the resort. A golf cart rental for the day (also at the Omni resort) made for a wonderful afternoon of exploring the property. We had a hard time saying goodbye!

Perfect Beach Vacay

The condo was comfortable, immaculate, spacious, and fully equipped. The location was excellent. Even though the complex itself was not the most upscale on Ameila, the condo itself was amazing. The host, Michelle, was a dream. Overall, we loved everything about our stay, and we definitely will return.

This is a beautiful property on the beach! We stayed for a conference at the Omni, and it was an easy commute. The condo was very clean and spacious, with beautiful views of the ocean from the living room. The smaller bedroom with double beds, didn't have the most comfortable beds, but that was our only complaint. Gorgeous place.

Beautiful Fourth of July Trip!

We had an amazing stay for Fourth of July on Amelia Island! This was our fourth time coming down and our best condo yet! It is a corner unit which was quiet and spacious. It was an amazing visit and the condo had everything we needed. Great balcony view and easy access to the beach. We loved it!

Wow! What a great condo! Very clean and well stocked. The owners have made some great upgrades. We were so impressed with all the little touches that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is awesome - clean beach and quiet area. Very family friendly. There are a lot of stairs at the complex overall, so it’s not wagon or wheelchair friendly but we didn’t find it to be a real issue for us. We will be renting here again.

Amazing Villa Stay

This 2 bedroom villa is beautiful and spacious! The furnishings are high end and in top condition. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and even grill several meals! The view is outstanding and we enjoyed one of the most spectacular sunsets we’ve ever seen. Host was so attentive, even dropped off 2 brand new boogie boards to us! We will definitely book with her again! What a great spring break trip. The grounds at this Omni villa are just beyond words. I’m calling it like a “Savannah tropical jungle” because the trees and flowers make you feel like you are in another world entirely- so unique!

Another great stay at 1366 Shipwatch

Our second year at 1366 and, like last year, everything was great. Condo is very well cared for, and the views are fantastic. The location as part of the Omni complex is very convenient for walking to restaurants and shops.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shipwatch! This was our first trip to AI, but will not be our last! The property was incredibly clean and as advertised. Beautiful views of the Atlantic, the sunrises were amazing! Great location within the Omni property. Michelle was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and spacious with a lovely view of the ocean from its large balcony. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and had starter supplies of needed items. Amelia Island is a great place to vacation with lots of activities available. We hope to return to your lovely condo in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Girls get away

This property is stunning . Everything is done very tastefully and brand new . Attention to detail was excellent . We spent time shopping in Fernandina Beach and the many restaurants in the area were all very good and of a great variety . We will definitely return and this condo comes highly recommended .

Beautiful beach condo!

Our Nassau County beach view, gorgeous decorated, spacious condo was perfect for my family of 4. Michelle was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this spot as your next vacation destination to Amelia Island!
