We just recently stayed a week on Amelia Island in the luxury Beach Villa. Everything about the stay was outstanding. The villa was very comfortable, well decorated, spacious, quiet and very modern. I only wish my own house was the same!The villa had everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen implements to soap/toilet paper to coffee to towels. It was a quick ten minute walk from the beach on a private walkway full of various wildlife. The beach was gorgeous. The villa was in a neighborhood that had a nice pool as well. The villa also had a beautiful screened in back porch that we spent hours on reading and drinking coffee. Our host John was incredibly quick to respond to any of my questions whether by text or phone. He seemed to be available 24-7! Although most of the questions I asked had already been answered in an extensive pre-check in digital guide book which was extremely helpful.We look forward to coming back to Amelia Island in the near future and staying at the same villa.

Amazing property with incredible hosts

This condo is as good as it seems, if not better. Immaculately clean and stocked with tons of paper goods, beach and bath towels, and much-more-than-basic kitchen supplies. Couldn’t ask for better! Many thanks for hosting our family, being so clear in communications, and so welcoming throughout the stay. Can’t wait to return!

Best accomodation in Amelia Island

From the moment we booked, our experience with LuxeAmelia was 10/10. Communication was excellent with Mr. John, the owner. They have a beautiful, well-organized digital guide book that answers any question that may enter your mind about the condo and vicinity. The restaurant recommendations were much appreciated and were spot-on. The home, itself, is a dream. New, spotless, high-end kitchen equipment, well-stocked cabinets, and such thoughtful bathroom amenities. We felt so comfortable with the children there, especially as they installed a safety gate before our arrival at the top of the stairs. Everything is so close to condo. We enjoyed spending time at the nearby Omni resort, as well. Groceries are within 5 mins. We left some clothing and toys behind, and Mr. John shipped them to us without delay. That was so kind and out of his way. We would love to come back very soon! Thank you for the opportunity to visit Amelia Island at such a high-quality accomodation!

The Best!

This was second time when we stayed at LuxeAmelia and I have to tell you that we have never had a better experience with any other vacation rentals. From the moment you contact the host until you leave and even after everything is the way it should be. John is able to make the whole experience stress free. But the property itself stand out. The cleanest rental you’ll ever see. Quality furnishings, lots of quality products provided, kitchen well stocked, The layout of the villa is excellent especially when traveling with kids/teenagers so everybody can have their own little paradise. Technology inside the unit makes it enjoyable as well. We will book here again in a heartbeat!

Great!

The house was nice, clean and had everything we needed. We traveled with our toddler so it was helpful having a highchair, baby gate, pack n play, crib and beach toys supplied - although the gate was loose where it attached to the wall and the crib did not drop low enough for my daughters height that I ended up purchasing a pack n play for her to sleep in. We were very pleased with the location of the home - it was a quick drive to everything we wanted to do and an easy walk to the beach (path involves steps so making the trip all the way to the beach with a stroller or wagon is difficult). The beach we had access to was never crowded compared to the main beaches, which we really liked. We would stay here again if we return!

Excellent Experience

For a family, this was a great place to stay. The pool was wonderful and well maintained. The screened in porch was very enjoyable. All of the technology was easy to use and beneficial. Bikes and lots of beach supplies are included.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean and beautiful. So many items were available to us in the condo and when we asked for additional things, John was very accommodating! Loved how child friendly it was! We had one mishap that we will follow up on for future children - securing the dresser to the wall. The pool is so close and the beach about a 10 min walk. We hope to come back!

Fantastic Amelia Island Condo

The hosts have gone above and beyond to make their condo welcoming and comfortable for guests. Beautiful, modern furnishings and thoughtful details made us feel pampered. Excellent communication with owners. Propert is just a 10-15 min walk to beach.

Exceeded expectations

This was a very clean, well kept rental. We use VRBO often and this one has been the best so far. They had everything our family needed and sent a short questionnaire before our arrival to ask specifics (i.e., firm or feather pillows for each bed, type of coffee pods preferred, etc.). This was above and beyond, and much appreciated!

Our family has stayed here the last 2 christmases and always enjoy our stay. Games and bikes included in addition to a clean property. In a quiet neighborhood with additional parking if needed and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

A Top-Class Experience

We were looking for something close to the ocean that was quiet and spacious for our family of four to relax and reset. This place exceeded all expectations. The pictures online, while amazing, don’t do justice to the property which is immaculate. Plus, they literally thought of and addressed virtually every little want or need you can imagine. The overall neighborhood is incredibly quiet. And the walk to the beach is relatively short; once you get there, you enjoy incredible privacy. The space is worth every penny; if it can satisfy my wife and two teenage kids, then that is saying something. Don’t think twice when you see this space - book it ASAP.

Top notch in every way!!!

This rental was truly top notch in every way possible. The owner, John, thought of everything - supplies for the kitchen (k-cups we chose in advance, creamer, sweetener, etc), extra toilet paper, toiletries in the bathrooms, Tide pods and drier sheets, towels for the pool/beach, beach toys/umbrellas, bikes, hand weights -- this list goes on and on! He had even installed the lululemon Mirror workout system which was amazing to have on vacation and extremely easy to use! The check-in and check-out process was seamless (check-out was the easiest of anywhere we've stayed). The town home was spotless from top to bottom, and the beds were very comfortable. Beach access was accessible and as described. The pool was never crowded, and the whole complex was very quiet. I cannot say enough good things about this town home, and I don't have a single bad thing to add. We will be back for sure!
