Beautiful location in a fabulous community

We loved this location. We spent many hours simply viewing the ocean. Wonderful sunrise mornings. Enjoyed the balcony. The pool area is so lovely. Was very satisfied with our stay. The one person in our group does use a cane and one must be mindful the condo has four levels. But I would return in a heartbeat!

Family Vacation - Spring Break

Mother, Daughter, Cousin Weekend

As children we visited Amelia Is every summer. It’s our happy place. We decided it was time to reconnect. Loved the condo, loved cooking, beach walking, playing games, and watching ole movies. It was a great weekend for us to all enjoy our past. Loved every minute.,

Annual family beach trip

We love Amelia Island and Fernandina. I(the mom) always rent the condo and the family comes and goes as their schedules allow. We had one HOT day and the others were pleasant with a good beach breeze. The kids enjoyed the pool but mentioned it needed more shaded areas to be more comfortable for the parents. We were blessed to be able to spend some down time together! Thanks!

Very happy here!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We are a family of five and there was plenty of space for everyone. The property was super clean, well stocked with lovely dishware and comfortable bedding, and just minutes from the beautiful beach. The best part is the magnificent ocean view right outside the living room window! We definitely hope to return!

Great views

We loved the spacious unit with fantastic views of the beach - felt like you were on the beach from inside the home. Very well equipt as well. Liked being on the Omni property …but made it a little tough with limited food options … we ate at nearly all the restaurants but not always wanting a big meal and not being able to just order in food delivery was sort of a bummer… you were either going to the store and cooking yourself or going out for an involved meal. Other than that we really liked the experience and the unit!

Great access to quiet beach and pool

Quick get away

Room to accommodate all having privacy, loved outdoor balconies …. Downtown area is lovely .. we’re we there longer May have rented bikes or done more … my second trip to Amelia & again found sharks teeth ! A map of resort within condo may be handy - quite a maze in there

Golf and Football Weekend

Place was perfect for the 4 of us. Close to the golf courses we wanted to play as well as a close drive to Jacksonville for the football game. Condo was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful view, great location

We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the beach. It was a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The upstairs balcony was perfect at night! There was enough space for all 7 of us and lots of amenities. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen/laundry area, the only complaints were the mattress was missing from pull out couch which was a bit inconvenient, but they are aware. Also I wish there were some extra blankets for the beds as the bedrooms ran cold, even when I turned the air up. Definitely enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful location

We had a great trip! The property was well stocked with towels, kitchen needs, etc. location is beautiful and the pool/board walk was so nice! It was clean, spacious, and we all loved it! Only complaint is there isn’t a ramp so carrying all the things (food, luggage, etc) was a hassle. Make sure you have strong helpers :)

Great view and location!

The view and location were excellent. There were some issues with the unit. Firstly, we were informed that Beach Walker had elevators. Our building did not. That was problematic for us as we are in our mid seventies. The unit was a bit tired, with popcorn ceilings, broken furniture on roof top deck and small kitchen with not enough silverware. The table only had six seats although advertised to house 7-8 people. The laundry room was not clean. However, there was detergent for us and we bought more to leave there for future guests. We did not realize how small the master bath would be. We were disappointed there were no chairs in the bedrooms. The smoke detector started beeping during one of our first nights there and we were unable to turn it off. We lost a night’s sleep. Destination Amelia did come the next day to fix. Destination Amelia were great. They handled everything very well. We just will not rent this unit again.
