The screened lakefront lanai offers panoramic water views - a calm place to enjoy your morning coffee, read, or unwind in the evenings with the sound of the lake nearby.

Washer, dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, iron, hangers, bed linens, and free parking for two vehicles are all included for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay.

There is a community pool and a playground in the community. There is no tennis, golf, country club, etc. as this is inside Sawgrass Golf & Country Club. No amenities are extended to guests other than the community pool and beach access point. Everything else is private for resident members only. Sorry, no pets. No beach essentials included.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.

Guests will simply submit “household pet” information, request an accommodation for an assistance animal, or confirm they are not bringing a pet/animal.
