Lovely host. Really beautiful place. So well stocked. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. High-end appliance sand gorgeous kitchen. Excellent location. Great balcony. The best VRBO we have ever stayed in! We would love to stay here again.

Perfect for the Family

We have been coming down to Fernandina for the past 18 years. Bonnie was a fantastic host. Her promptness in communication made everything so smooth. The condo was a great fit for our family. It felt like a home away from home.

Ocean park 109 Fernandina Beach

Absolutely beautiful condo. It was well furnished and very comfortable beds. Everything and more than you could possibly need including a very well stocked kitchen. The owners are amazing and communication was top-notch. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing property

This was our second stay at this property. The location is excellent. The pool is very close to the unit and the beach is a very short walk. We opt to drive to the beach because there are always a lot of spots and it’s easier for us with our small kids. The owners are extremely responsive and kind. They stock the unit with everything you might need in the kitchen and give lots of starter supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.). It’s so nice not to have to worry about packing all that. Can’t say enough good things.the downtown area is also very cute with great restaurants. Can’t wait until our next stay!

Fabulous Fernandina!

This is a wonderful property! The condo is so comfortable; spacious, beautifully furnished and thoughtfully appointed. Mike and Bonnie provided excellent communication and were so helpful!! The property is just 2 short blocks to the amazing beach and a great beach restaurant and 5 minutes from downtown Fernandina Beach. Thank you again! We had such a lovely time and will definitely return.

Condo at Ocean Park #109

We loved the condo and everything about it but I really loved the communication with the owners more than anything. They were up front about some construction going on and really were concerned more for us than renting their condo that week. I was very impressed with the process of renting and would rent from them again. The condo itself was amazing, roomy and just right for our crew that week. We enjoyed the balcony, the kitchen and all it had available to use. The condo is so close to everything, including the beach.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We’ve visited Fernandina Beach several times and this was one of the most beautiful condos we’ve ever stayed in. We were very impressed with the amenities that the owner had available to tenants. We were within walking distance to the beach, a park for the kids to play and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay.

Amelia Island gem

We found this property to be even nicer than advertised. It is modern, open, clean and bright; perfect for family gatherings. The hosts have considered everything and there are thoughtful touches throughout. The location is wonderful, with the beach and a couple of nice restaurants just a short walk away. (We often drove one car with the grandchildren and beach equipment because of the heat, but it is an easy walk.) The Main Beach has parking, lifeguards, a small playground, bathrooms and a shower. The condo complex has a good sized well-maintained pool that we all enjoyed. Fort Clinch State Park is right behind the complex and its long, shaded entrance road is great for bike riding. The fort is fun to explore. The hosts kept in touch throughout our stay and were ready to answer any question or concern. We loved our stay!

Great trip

This is a great place to stay on Amelia Island. The condo is newly renovated. When we checked in, we were pleased that the condo was spotless and well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts even provide extra necessity items like toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, etc which was a nice added touch. The place also feels very homey and cozy. The pool on property is also very nice and the complex is very close to the beach. You can easily walk to the beach—as a tip for others traveling with toddlers like us, you do have to walk around the building and across the street to get to the beach. Not a far walk but we found it easier to have a twenty second car ride across the street and there is parking right by the beach access (and an entrance with no stairs to get down to the beach). We were amazed that there were always plenty of parking spots too. Nothing but good things to say about our stay and the hosts were great to work with and very responsive. Thanks for an amazing stay!

An Unforgettable Experience

Our experience was truly unforgettable! Our hosts made sure that WE were oriented to the area with things to do and see and restaurants, even before we left Pennsylvania. We thing that we had a 90 minute conversation and got to know our hosts, even before WE left home! The directions and check-in instructions were spot on. The unit was spotless clean, decorated bright and cheerfully. We have had the opportunity to use VRBO many times in the USA and Abroad, and this was by far the most impressively equipped rental WE have ever encountered! Not only were there everything thing you could want, those items were exactly where you would anticipate them--and usually doubles. Even writing paper and envelopes. These good folks--thought of everything! Here is hoping to return many times for years to come!

Outstanding property

This was our first year staying here, second year in a row on Amelia island. The reviews all speak the truth. This condo is beautifully renovated and a perfect family getaway. We had 3 children (infant, 4 yo and 9 yo) and we took full advantage of the condo pool that is literally steps away from the condo. The beach is a short walk and everything you would need for beach supplies is provided. The unit was extremely clean and the owner was extremely responsive to questions. We have stayed in over 15 VRBO properties and this would win the award for all around great experience. When we return to Amelia island, we would definitely book this condo again. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beach!

The condo had everything we needed and allowed us to have the most relaxing vacation we have had in years! Highly recommend this property. The quaint downtown Fernandina is less than 5 minutes away and the beach is walking distance from the condo.
