A wonderful location to explore Fernandina Beach for the first time!

Our check-in was seamless. Contact with staff was very attentive and much appreciated. Location was perfect for our family. We found the condo to be top notch. Very clean, providing everything we needed in a very attractive environment.

Breast cancer walk called Pledge the Pink

There were six of us that stayed at the house. We all LOVED it for so many reasons. Walking distance to the beach, decor in the house, beds comfy, living room for all of us to sit comfortably. Lots of communication with the agent with detail information of the home. Highly recommend

Great condo walking distance to the beach!

This condo was great for a bigger group of people. 7 of us stayed for a girls weekend and the downstairs area was perfect and so cozy for our weekend! The only discrepancy was one of the rooms upstairs stated that it was 2 queen beds when it was two full sized beds, a little trickier for sharing the beds. Location was great though. Walking distance to the beach and an easy drive right into downtown Fernandina! The condo pool was a great plus as well.

Happy Weekenders

This property was clean and tidy upon arrival. There was plenty of seating - both in the den and the kitchen for all of us to hang out comfortably. We had no problems with anything during the stay. Everything worked and we didn't have to contact anyone; however, I should have asked where the outdoor trashcans were located. We loved the downstairs bathroom - and extra shower was great for our group!

Great Place in a Great Location

Had an amazing time over spring break unwinding with the family. This particular unit was the closest we've had to the beach access yet. Such an amazing place with an updated feel. We would stay here again!

Golf weekend

Everything was really clean and well cared for. It was a really nice place and we enjoyed it. The only glitch was the modem went out on Sunday as we were watching football and they weren't able to address it until the next day. I would definitely rent it again.

Fantastic Accommodation

What an amazing stay we had at this accommodation! We were impressed with the cleanliness, thoughtful "touches", decor and proximity to the beach. The condo was so clean and the host provided little touches that made our stay more enjoyable. Our Granddaughter loved the little activities that the hosts left, including the books, toys and beach toys. The decor was lovely and it was obvious that the host had put thought and care into every room. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great ladies trip!

Wonderful location and condo! So clean, comfortable and has been nicely remodeled. Loved renting a golf cart from RoadShark to explore the area. Drive to the beach (3rd St. access was having restoration work done on the beach. Teresa and Scott are amazing to work with for the rental. Historic District shopping and restaurants are amazing! We would definitely come back to Fernandina Beach and to the same condo!!!! A few things for the owner that we thought would enhance the condo: Blankets needed on twin beds. More bed pillows in all rooms. Throw blankets for den. Provide a couple Laundry baskets. Remove items sitting on sofa tables - Too many decorations sitting around which impedes on placing personal items. Need power strip in twin room behind blue cabinet and house keeping needs to clean behind it. Need nonslip surface put in hall bath tub. Need mini table on balcony to sit drinks, etc. on - that would be amazing. Recommend renting!

Extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained townhouse. We actually rented through Amelia Island Getaways and they were very kind and accommodating. I would rent through them again. Upon arriving ( after troubleshooting) my husband found the Internet wasn’t working. AIG sent someone out immediately and they had it up and running in no time. Later in the week the microwave stopped working and once again they quickly corrected the problem. Prior to arriving we were dealing with the possibility of my sweet son in law missing out on part of the vacation week and AIG cheerfully rewrote my contract (for the third time 😢) Because of their kindness our family was able to enjoy a full week at the beach together. I have already spoken with them regarding possibly renting from them next year if we can find a beach front house that will accommodate our growing family.❤️

Awesome Roomy Condo Steps From the Ocean

Totally remodeled beach- farmhouse style. 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Large dining room to seat 8. Equipped with everything you will need! Great patio out back to leave all your beach gear and the pool is just out the back door. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A wonderful location

A very spacious and comfortable home just steps from our favorite beach on the island, and next door to the fort. We were very pleased that the unit is just as described and our local contact host gave us a call to welcome us and to answer any questions we may have had. I would definitely recommend.
