Better than a hotel. Steps from the beach. Ocean view. Assigned parking spot. Grocery shop and pack light as the unit has a washer and dryer as well. Many restaurants nearby. This is our second time staying here and we will be back.

I stayed in this building last year and liked all of the amenities that it offered. This stay was much different. I loved the fact the unit was ocean side. I liked the set up much better. The solid wall between the bedrooms and closets in both rooms was very convenient. Shastri reached out when we got there to see if we needed anything. They also reached out to let us know when there was an issue with the internet. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest is hooks on the back of doors to hand stuff off of. Unfortunately the hooks in the back of the door in the bathroom and master bedroom had broken off. I look forward to renting the unit again next year

The hubby and I wanted to do a beach view vacation and with this rental that is exactly what we got. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. We ate at a new place every day. Thank you for the rental. We will be back again.

I’ve debated posting this review for quite sometime because well, I had some thoughts. But to put it very frankly this whole event in general ruined our entire vacation and we are still out 300; not to mention the stress and over all wreck the week was after the events unfolded. We booked for seven nights. I’m usually very thorough at checking but after 15 hours of driving we were exhausted and we unloaded, ordered pizza and crashed for the evening. The next night however, in resting while my little one slept I see something scurry across the bed and my heart sank. (You know where this is going) yes. BED BUGSI contacted the manager and he ensures a full refund will be provided however we do not feel comfortable saying there any longer, would you?This is our first vacation in three years after losing two parents, open heart surgery for myself. Lots of big life things. We NEEDED this vacation. We had been planning since March and it was now June and there was no way were going to find anything on the beach or even with a pool nearby, and the manager had given us a short time before he had gotten and exterminator in there. (Granted I did say we would be out by noon, the guy had just come a little sooner)While we do get the refund somehow there is still a 300 discrepancy. While at the beach the next day we noticed there were people already staying in that room. YUCK on you sir. The property was okay, everyone was nice, the condo itself was very dirty.

I’m so sad to leave! It was beautiful and relaxing. We spent hours just listening to the ocean on the balcony. We got to see friends and family this week. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked fresh fish and seafood almost every night. Thanks!

Check-in was easy, just didn’t get an email with all the information prior to arrival. kitchen was excellent and well furnished with appliances, dishes, silverware and cookware! However, the bathroom sink was clogged with a lot of hair, which my husband pulled out. Loved the place tho, and would love to stay again!

Excellent beach and ocean views

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this nice condo which is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony is excellent, and Jax Beach is clean and uncrowded.Our nrecommendations would be to install drapes on the patio doors for light control and ro replace the bed frame in the 1st bedroom, as squeaks every time you move.

Better than a ocean front hotel!

This was our first time doing a short term rental and we will definitely rent this property again. We had the same comforts as a hotel like comfortable beds, the ocean view from the balcony, being steps from the beach, and community pool with the bonus of a kitchen and washer and dryer.

Very Pleased and Grateful for an Outstanding Host!

I am very pleased with my visit during the time I stayed. Unfortunately, due to Hurricane Milton arriving to landfall, we needed to leave early to keep my kids and wife safe from Milton's landfall. I am very pleased with the host, as this is my 2nd time booking this condo. He even was nice enough to provide a credit to my next booking, due to this Hurricane that was outside of anyone's control. I am looking forward to booking more with this host, as he is just incredible and is always available when you need to reach out. Highly recommend booking this condo, if you are looking for a great getaway and a host that will always exceed expectations!

On the beach

This property was exactly as listed and I loved it!! The location was amazing and Shastri was responsive to our needs about everything including when there was an issue with the door locks, I've stayed at another hosts location before and NOBODY responded to my needs upon arrival so this meant a lot to me when Shastri took care of us. We will definitely definitely stay again!!

We only stayed one night to be closer to the port for a charter trip we were taking the next day. Wish we could have stayed longer, great location and nice place. Liked that it was overlooking not only the beach but the pool area too. Definitely want to stay again and for longer

Pleasant stay

My family and I really enjoyed the property. If you’re a “bougie” person then this may not be the place for you. At the time of our stay, they were doing construction on the roads. However this was not an issue for us. The view of the ocean from the balcony was enough for me to overlook any small details. This place came equipped with beach items for us to use and plenty of towels and extra linen. Check in was a breeze. We even had the option to check in early if we chose to do so. We wanted to book an additional night but saw that the unit was pretty booked. We would definitely stay here again, if ever needed.
