Everything was great the only thing I would recommend is cleaners check the bathtubs as there was hair in both. Everything else was great

The property was close to pretty much anything we wanted to do. Quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly to questions.

Beautiful little place with a nice fenced in yard. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely rent again.

It was fine for the purposes of my trip. Nice neighbors! Beds were comfortable. I felt at home.

I highly recommend finding anywhere else to stay than here. We booked for a month needing somewhere to stay. Cleanliness was a huge concern but so were many other things. We walked into the home and it was a punch of weed right to the face. We noticed a lot of alarming things such as weed in the carpets, fingernail clippings and animal clippings all over the carpet. The chairs were torn up and the couch had no cushion left in it. Everything was very dirty and not what is advertised. The bedrooms had trash on the floors still and missing light bulbs. There was dirt and hair all over the bathroom floors and the shower curtain wasn’t even on the wall. We could not be in there more than 5 minutes without having headaches. I immediately called the host and he gave me the runaround of how his mom is the owner but is in a different state and would see if he could contact her for a refund. I am pregnant and was nowhere near comfortable staying in those conditions. Not to mention marijuana is illegal in the state of North Carolina so seeing pieces of it in the carpet was alarming. There was water damage to the ceiling that looks to be long term. Other reviews mention the bath tub leaking severely which would make sense considering it is right below the bathroom. There were severe hazards in this place and it was not as advertised. It looks as if something chewed through the door downstairs which is hidden in the photos of the unit. Do not waste your money here. You won’t get it back

The house was clean but we noticed a lot of problems the first night, one of my family members was taking a shower in the room with the clock and the tub was leaking and looked like it had been leaking for a while we notified the host and they said maintenance would be out in the next day afternoon no one showed up! Then we noticed the bed in the other room was balanced on a pot… a metal cooking pot!! How does someone do that? Correction why would someone do that. Also three trash bags for a week stay then a day before check out I couldn’t get ahold of the host the power and water shut off for no reason. When we did get ahold of them they said that the husband and wife duo that host are the maintenance and schedulers (which maintenance was at the townhouse Nextdoor 4 of our 7day stay so how come they didn’t check the water leaking issue????) all in all was a really nice stay minus the few prominent issues. Not worth the cost at all…

Poorly maintained is an understatement. This place was falling apart. Living room furniture was old, torn and had no cushion at all. Carpet and rugs were old and dirty. The downstairs bathroom door was damaged and the upstairs bathrooms were not maintained at all. I can handle dated and old but this place was falling apart. We had to buy a sizable“Damage” insurance policy as part of our stay yet the entire place was damaged. The host messaged about some water damage from people not putting the shower curtain inside the tub upstairs. The water damage in that bathroom was YEARS in the making. The place was also NOT clean. When we stripped the beds at the end of our stay, there was BLOOD on the mattress cover and the pillow that had clearlyNOT been washed. The mattress cover in the second room was filthy and on incorrectly. We found a fake fingernail in one room and a dried up contact lens in the bathroom sink. There were open/used condiments in the refrigerator and a used bar of soap in the bathroom. I picked this place because the reviews were good and specifically praise that it was clean, but it was nowhere near clean. host needs to find a new cleaning and maintenance crew.

DIRTY! Place was not clean. We had to clean the tubs to bathe. There was hair and dust everywhere. Both tub faucets were loose and coming out of the tub. Mold on multiple bathroom mats and drains. Place smelled dingy. Rugs looked dingy and dirty. Found trash under the couch. Walls looked dirty. Stair railing was black with dirt when we wiped it down. They wouldn’t come to clean because we had a dog. Very disappointed.

The unit was actually ready before check in time and the host let me know. The host was quick to respond to any questions I asked. Easy checkout procedures. Very quiet neighborhood for Jacksonville. Would stay again.
