"This was the perfect little beach house for our trip. It is so close to the ocean and was so easy for us to just walk over whenever we wanted to go to the beach. The patios were really nice to sit out on too!"

"We were able to spend an amazing week with my children and grandchildren. Weather was beautiful, spent everyday at the beech and the pool. Laughs, good food, great views, wonderful home and Awsome experience. Highly recommend and we will look to stay at this home ago. Thank you "

"We liked the layout and the good communication from the owner. One thing my family would have liked is to have full access on Hulu-not a huge deal but it would have been a nice thing to have. Also cleaning products for the eating surface. Everything else was great! "

"Overall really enjoyed our stay. Great location on a quiet section of beach, loved the beach toy box, 3 levels of decks, and heated outdoor shower.I was a little worried about sound due to it being a duplex but honestly never heard anything from the other side all week.One suggestion for improvement would be to add blackout courtains at least to a few of the bedrooms. All the rooms have basic blinds but the rooms get pretty light as soon as the sun comes up, would be nice to be able to sleep in...

"This house is perfect! Modern, clean, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen - everything has been so thoughtfully planned and taken care of! We loved the direct access to the beach and watching the ocean from the decks. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs and areas for the dogs to be outside, too! We plan to come back again! "

"Check-in & check-out process went very smoothly. The beach house is wonderfully situated near the beach and has an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Everything from spices to dishes, appliances & pots & pans. "

"Beautiful house and the location was perfect! Pictures in the listing didn't do it justice. Very close to the beach, just a flat easy path and across the street. High quality chairs, umbrella, wagon, boogie boards were provided. The beach is nice and wide compared to North Topsail and a private access to not too busy. The pool, outdoor bar, grill and lovely landscaped backyard was an awesome hangout area when we were done with the beach. Surf City has plenty of food and shops. The kitchen was...

"This home was not at all what the pictures illustrated it to be. It was in poor shape. The floors were unleveled, the tiles were coming out of the floors and the grout was cutting up our feet when walking between the living room and kitchen. The floor in the main level bathroom felt like it was going to fall thru. The walls were patched up and you can see where repairs were done but not done correctly. The recess lighting in the living room looked like it had mold around it or was not installed...
