  • Cree su próximo recuerdo en el hermoso condominio frente al mar ubicado en el primer piso.  Hay vistas limitadas al océano del Océano Atlántico. Observe la puesta de sol y la hermosa puesta de luna sobre el océano, desde su patio o puede que lo reciba una de nuestras muchas tortugas góster caminando por las dunas de arena en busca de comida y amigos.  Ubicado junto al The Ritz Carlton & The Golf Club de Amelia, Ocean Place es una comunidad privada cerrada con seguridad 24/7 y está ubicada en el extremo sur de la isla de Amelia.



    El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una bañera separada; Ducha a ras de suelo y armario abierto de buen tamaño.�� El dormitorio de invitados también tiene un baño privado con combinación de bañera / ducha y el 3er dormitorio tiene una cama King con baño privado. Esta unidad tiene una cocina completamente equipada con una barra de desayuno.  La sala de estar / comedor está abierto con vistas al océano. Esta unidad para no fumadores tiene 2 juegos de puertas corredizas de vidrio que dan a su balcón, una fuera de la sala de estar y otra fuera del dormitorio principal.  Reserve su estadía con Amelia Rentals y permítanos ayudarlo a crear recuerdos eternos.

Host was most accommodating as we were dealing with a difficult situation due to a problem and having to move from another VRBO property. All was in place. Our only complaint was the remodeling taking place outside which started at 6:45 every am, however we were warned about this ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks to the help of the Luxury Rentals of Amelia our family had a great experience at 5 Ocean Place. Could not speak more highly of the management company and the way they made sure everything was taken care of. Great location. Great condo that was spotless. Short walk to the beach and pool. Definitely recommend for family vacations.

A good stay overall. Communication with the host was quick and easy, and the beachfront location was a big plus. The condo was well stocked, especially in the kitchen, with thoughtful touches like dishwasher pods and a welcome chocolate. A lot of construction - including replacing the floors above the condo, but a comfortable, easy place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were totally disappointed in the overall condition of the condo. Our feet were filthy after walking on the tile floors, dust bunnies were everywhere and we had two showers that had to be repaired during our stay (not optimal for six adults on a beach vacation).

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location can’t be beat - what a joy to wake up with a view of the ocean, beautiful sunrises and peaceful walks on the beach!

Dirty windows, at the rental mill

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disgusting old pots and pans, Queen size mattress on King size box spring. The View would be nice, if not looking thru filthy windows. This is not the cleaning people’s fault, but the Condo Assoc. Cleaning person, did the best she could. The condition of the property, does not equate with the prices charged for 5 was
