Cute place perfect for a beach getaway. We did think it was on the beach directly, however, we did look at many properties. Communication was easy with management company and smooth check in and check out. Steps to the beach very nice.The front door does need repair as it lets light and shakes throughtout the night as if someone is breaking into the place. Simple fix I am sure. Overall - cute quaint stay

Nice location. Beware of the difference between ocean front property and ocean view property.

Walking distance to restaurants. Site pictures lead you to believe that it is an ocean view property. That is not accurate.

Overall my experience was positive. It was very clean, however, I did find 3 roaches but that was due to the weatherstripping around the front door that needed replacing. I think that is to be expected in Florida though. I did bring it to the owners attention. The location was perfect. The pool was nice. I liked that it was gated entry. I would not be opposed to staying here again.

JEM BY THE BEACH!

Great little condo by the beach. Easy access to beach and pool. Eating places easily walkable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative we had was that the bathroom is inside the one bedroom. Those that sleep on the sofa bed don't have access to bathroom at night. Would come again though!

Close to beach, shops & restaurants

Enjoyed the short walk to beach to watch sunrise nearly every day & daily beach walks.I really liked the fact that parking was private just for that condo complex and that it was gated!The condo is an older building but this condo was well kept & well furnished.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was equipped with most everything you need to cook. Clean,other than the mildew smell. Should do more about that,because its a great place otherwise. Close to everything. We didn't care for the construction right nextdoor, but we get it,given the season.

Condo needs somatic new front door and new door casing the reason I chose that place because it had a pool that should be heated for the amount of money we paid to rent that place I didn’t like the texting game I had to use to talk to the property manager

Great home away from home.

The unit was within walking distance of restaurants, bars and ice cream (I like to walk). The pier was a short walk also and I watched the sunset from the pier. There were lots of surfers to watch and the sunrise was beautiful! The unit was perfect except I did not remember my login for the TV (streaming only). I did watch Netflix as I remembered that login. I got very lucky with the weather. No rain/only beautiful Florida days! The pool was lovely! The picture does not show this unit and I was surprised that the path over the dunes goes right to the beach! Loved it!

Great place and location

Close to everything especially the beach! My only thing was it was listed at beach front and it was not. Now it was on the same side as the beach and was extremely easy to access! Less than 2 minutes to get to the sand. I would stay here again!

Beach Bungalow in Jax Beach

Great location to restaurants and beach. Quiet neighborhood, sparse traffic, bike friendly. Property was small but very efficient and comfortable;; well stocked kitchen. Would have liked to have been able to watch live college//prof. sports on TV.

A great find!

This this little beach bungalow is great! It’s clean and a 1 minute walk to the beach and is perfect for a couple of people. The place has a full kitchen with everything necessary for cheffing it up. There is also a charcoal grill for grilling. The pool is clean and nice and there a couple hoses conveniently placed for when you come in from the beach. The property is close to Margaritaville and Lynches Irish Pub which has live music on most nights. This will be my number one selection for when I visit Jax. Super stoked on this great find!
